After 21 years in the hurley burley of the oil business, we have retired. We apologize on behalf of the USPS if you were a customer and did not get the mailing we sent out at the end of April to let our customers know. Description of Work: Serviced the oil burner (the previous company (north shore fuel oil Inc installed a faulty part and then blamed me for lying about a service call when they didn't respond until the next morning after I had this company fix it so my family would have heat overnight). I switched to getting my oil from freedom burner too - much better rates. Nice mom and pop operation.

We have a simple philosophy about being nice to work with, doing the best job that can be done and pricing our oil and service fairly. We've proven again and again with all of our wonderful customers that this simple, straight forward way of doing things works and always will. It will work through these big oil conglomerates and their ridiculous gimmicks. It works through all these fly-by-night companies who don't invest themselves in their customers and are only interested in getting away with as little time and caring spent for as much money as they can get away with, Thank you for proving, once again, that our philosophy is time tested, customer approved and a pleasure to implement!!

Description of Work: Glen completed a FULL oil burner analysis and cleaning. He made recommendations for future considerations based on the age of my burner. He thoroughly answered all my questions while watching him work. | |Glen was professional, personable, and his work was impeccable. He vacuumed every inch of my burner including the chimney and removed the baffles to clean inside each cylinder. | |I will be calling Freedom back in the near future to take care of my other home as well. It is a family run business based on good, old American work ethics. My father was an oil burner mechanic and since his passing, I was wary of who to trust. Freedom Burner Service is the one for me!

These people came when they said they would, were neat, polite and expediting in their work. Our new boiler was literally a work of art and is set up so that all future maintenance will be easy and thorough. I have since signed a full service contract with them and find all their other services to be excellent as well. Their oil prices are fair and the office staff are a pleasure to work with. I recommend them all the time (and even get a little thankyou in the form of a credit on my account for my future oil bill). I wouldn't think of working with any other company - they are such a refreshing change from every other company I have been with over these many years!!!

I've tried several heating companies in the past. This is the best one by far and I highly recommend them. They come on time and are polite and neat. The work is excellent and they use products of a very high quality. Their prices are reasonable and they're great people to do business with. You couldn't ask for more.
