Hubbard Plumbing is a family owned and operated plumbing and heating company that has been in business since 1979. Our three principals have almost 100 years of combined experience and we take great pride in the quality of our workmanship and our dedication to customer service. Being homeowners ourselves, we share your desire to keep what is perhaps your largest investment in optimum condition. Many of the skills and techniques we bring to your projects have been refined over the years working on our own remodeling or home improvement projects. And since each of our jobs is a reflection of our personal standards and workmanship, you can be assured that you will be getting the same effort and passion that we put into our own homes. Every aspect of our customer service-- from our uniforms, to making sure our shoes are clean, to using drop clothes for even a simple repair, to making sure we communicate with you before, during and after the job--is performed for one reason: to provide you with a comfortable and pleasant experience. Our service technician will explain what needs to be done before making any repairs and will go over the finished work with you so you can be confident that what was proposed was actually completed. We are also fully insured to provide you with the peace of mind that, in the extremely unlikely event something does not go as planned, you will be protected. We are Licensed Master Plumbers in Suffolk and Nassau counties and also carry many individual Town and Village licenses. We also acquire reciprocal licenses as needed to service new customers in areas where we may not have worked before.

Very happy with the plumbers work. However, I now have another project and I can't seem to contact them. There are messages left on answering machines and one contact that didn't prove fruitful.
Must move on.
have tended to toilets, leaks, install new fixtures, in three different
bathrooms in our house. They have also talked us through some
emergencies without having to come over. I would recommend this plumber.

Scott showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He looked at the issue in the basement and tried and did replicate the problem, which was a back flow of water while the upstairs shower was running.
Scott did some more diagnosing and came to the conclusion that it was not a inside house plumbing problem but rather an issue with the septic system (house is not on a sewer system).
His recommendation was to call out a septic service. He provided the name of a company Hubbard had used and thought trustworthy. We did call out that company and he was right on both counts.
All told Scott was at the house for about 45 minutes. When I asked about invoicing he said there was no charge -- "I really didn't do anything."
Hubbard now has my business. And I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a honest, competent plumbing service.
Bob and his assistant, Tom, arrived to do the work. We cannot say enough about Bob and Tom. They were highly efficient, neat and polite.
Thanks to Steve, Bob and Tom. We are completely satisfied. We will definitely use Hubbard Plumbing again.
Left a couple of messages and I received no return call, I do not seem to be the only one that cannot get a response from this company. Poor professionalism, better not to work with somebody that cannot even return a call
I hired Hubbard Plumbing to remodel my upstairs bathroom on the recommendation of a family member whose bathroom Hubbard had recently redone (beautifully, I might add!). I could not have been happier with their performance and the results. Steve Hubbard, Bob Tinker, their assistants, and the "trades" they brought in were all professional, highly skilled, and -- especially important to me as a woman -- polite, respectful, and patient with my many questions. They showed up on time every day, worked a full day, and always cleaned up meticulously before they left. Bob Tinker, who did all the carpentry work, was especially helpful in coming up with creative solutions to some design problems inherent to my nothing-is-plumb-100-year-old-house. The price Steve quoted me was not cheap, but it was fair, and when the job was finished there were no surprises and it cost what he'd said it would. My bathroom is elegant and beautiful, and I have a new, trusted plumber whom I have already called on to fix a problem with my radiators, hook up my natural gas generator, and get my slop sink working again. I recommend Hubbard Plumbing wholeheartedly....

We placed a return call to the '[member information removed]' number and left a message. Unfortunately we had a deadline sprung on us, so it is possible your call wasn’t returned as promptly as normal. I’m sure you can appreciate our commitment to completing a project within our client’s schedule.. Again I offer our deepest apologies for not being able to service your problem. UPDATE: This is my second review of Hubbard Plumbing. After the owner of Hubbard Plumbing saw my last review he called me to fix any problems that I might still have. He personally came to my home and adjusted both toilets. He is a very pleasant man who takes pride in his work. I am very happy with what he did and I feel comfortable in recommending the company.
