We don’t have a contract with them. They come about 2 to 3 times in a year and put out the weeds. That is all they are doing for us right now. Periodically we hire them to trim trees. We have been using them for years for lawn work and tree trimming. They are not cheap. They are not exorbitant either. It doesn’t feel like we are getting ripped off. One cannot expect to get fantastic service at a very low price. One gets what one pays for. They are punctual. We will use this company in the future.

They did the work to my satisfaction and cleaned up yard real good

Came and gave a quote, the bill was exactly what was quoted; very responsive; sent a very professional crew; did the work on time; the owner and the crew chief both came back and checked on the work after it was done; excellent job; very concerned with my satisfaction; not inexpensive, but worth it. I am an ongoing customer.

They did a very good job. They were quick and efficient. They were pleasant to deal with, and were polite and friendly. They cleaned up thoroughly and left the place looking great. I was very happy with them.

The year before they had removed the top part of the tree which had been killed by the borers. So far, so good. The arborist I met with last year was prompt, thorough, and explained the problem so I could understand it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

In the process, also removed dead stubs and other potential hazrds from tree without extra charge. Cleaned up so well it was hard to tell they were there.

I wasn't conscious of how dangerously overgrown these 4 trees had become, until my sister in another state had major damage because of falling limbs in an ice storm. I didn't think it would be possible to spare the trees, but Dan, the estimator, felt they could do a drastic pruning rather than total removal. He was most patient with me as I changed my mind about the scope of the work. The day of the work, I couldn't believe the rig that pulled up in front of the house. My heart was in my throat as Joe maneuvered his bucket and tackled the impossible. All 4 of the workers, Dan, Joe, Robert and Ted were astonishingly skilled, and made it look easy. I spent most of the day just watching them. Everything was left cleaner than when they started. It wasn't fair of me, but while they were here, I asked if they could cut down 2 dead trunks that weren't part of the original contract. They agreed if there was time, and there was.

Very friendly guy sent to do estimate. Took his time discussing options and explaining them, seemed to know his stuff. Professional contract spelled out all the details. Before starting they checked details again to make sure. Crew was incredibly efficient and worked skillfully, fun to watch too. Cleaned up so that the yard was in better shape than they found it. I think they might be a little more expensive when compared to others, but worth every penny. The trees look graceful, and even though you see the cut marks the shape is natural so you don't even notice.

Grimm provided an estimate for lawn care, grass seeding, filling in some holes, and removing chips from a ground stump. This was in September, and they recommended waiting until spring to do the work. The arborist, Dan Deyle, was well-spoken and clearly explained what he would do and why. The estimate came to about $600 to "clean up stump chips, add soil to area, seed with sunny seed and slit seed rest of rear yard, apply starter fertilizer." We'll have the work done in the spring.

Very well, from estimating to clean up. Estimator and work crews arrive on time, worked efficiently and TOTALLY cleaned up all debris. All staff were friendly, courteous. Creek work was completed at below the original estimate. Work supervisors are knowledgeable and willing to give a bit of help/advice beyond the scope of the project. They also support local PBS radio station.
