Joe is fantastic! Great price, very quick to respond. His staff was prompt professional and courteous. The basement is amazing. Joe and his team turned a damp dirty basement that was never used, to a nice comfy and cozy living space for the family

It went very well. Joe Santos was thorough, detailed, honest, great at keeping us in the loop and he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the kitchen and that it was done right. He was always checking to make sure we liked the work and he explained why he did this or that along the way so we learned a lot too. Very efficient with mounting our cabinets, you can tell he’s been doing this a long time and knows what he’s doing!

The job went mostly well. I think there are always glitches in any remodel. Our exhaust fan hood arrived dented and Joe had to come back to install it and had some issues fitting in the top part but he stayed till 11pm to finish getting it in. Joe will make sure you are happy with the job and will always keep you updated as to what is going on and will send you pictures to show you the progress.

Joe did an excellent job and saved us a lot of money replacing some of our rotted wooden window sills. He did the job quickly and on time using materials that would hold up to our tough Upstate New York winters and that would be easy maintenance. He also did it in a way so as to not compromise our energy efficient replacement windows that had recently been installed. We found Joe to be extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I are very grateful for the excellent quality and affordable job! We recommend him wholeheartedly!

Joe did a beautiful job and saved us thousands installing our new front door, replacing our energy-inefficient double doors. See photo. He was kind enough to do the job before the real cold set in last winter. Joe is extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. My job presented a few unexpected snags - not only did Joe know just how to solve them, but also I had to insist that Joe accept a bit of extra money for the additional labor that was needed. After a bitter cold night our pipes froze in our laundry room which later resulted in some major flooding in both our downstairs laundry room and guest room. I called JF Santos Construction in desperate need of help due to significant water damage. I received an immediate response and work was completed within two weeks of my call. The workers were professional, courteous, trustworthy, and diligent. Not only did the work get completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally, but Joe also installed measures to help future issues from reoccurring. We haven't any frozen pipes since the construction work was done. Joe also helped us work with our insurance company to receive the compensation needed to pay for the work. Joe and his team installed a gas line in our home from the basement to the kitchen. He was very professional and explained in detail what he would be doing before he installed the line. I am always a bit nervous when a gas line is involved, but it was clear he knew what he was doing and did the job right. Really great to work with!

My wife and I hired Joe to redo our kitchen including electrical, countertops, cabinets, as well as new appliances. His work was exceptional! He even made a custom backsplash! We were so pleased, not just with his work, but with his honesty and care to do the job rightly for us that we hired him again to redo our basement. He put in a new full bathroom as well as a laundry room! I give Joe my highest recommendation.

Joe Santos has been doing work for me for over 25 years. He has done a second floor addition, kitchen bathroom and a number of smaller projects for us that far exceeded our expectations. Work was done on a 3 Season Room to turn it into a 4 Season Room, as well as replacing a front window. Both projects exceeded our expectations. All the work was done in a highly professional and courteous manner. I would highly recommend.

Jf Santos Construction did a baasement room remodel/finish for me. They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and detail minded. Joe communicated well with me throughout the entire project. He had me inspect the work as it progressed and listened to my questions and suggestions as to what I wanted. I made a few changes along the way and he was accomodating and was reasonable in what he charged in light of the changes and added work. I couldn't be happier.

Excellent. Everything was spot on and exactly according to budget. There was a bathroom and a living room along with a bedroom. It turned out beautiful. Mr Santos was rehired 3 times after this by myself and my family to different projects. Currently he is involved in expanding my daughters closet in her room.

We are extremely happy with how this project was executed. The bathroom remodeling came out beautiful; it was better than we could have imagined. Eric and David were very professional and attentive. Joe Santos listened to our ideas for the design, anticipated things that we did not anticipate and then made our vision a reality. He turned an outdated bathroom into the perfect modern design. We could not recommend them more and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

JF Santos came out on a time that we agreed on and gave a reasonable estimate for the work to be performed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would have definitely been confident hiring him.

Quality work, professional staff, good communication.

I had a large unfinished basement and wanted to put in an additional bathroom. Joe began the demolition needed for the job and when I saw the open space, I decided to change my plans for not just a bathroom, but a complete basement remodel. It was quite a big job but Joe didn't miss a thing. We talked so that he could understand what I wanted and continued working. He did a great job! I had hired him previously to remodel my kitchen as well. Both times, he was concerned with doing the job right. He always was respectful, courteous and cleaned up after himself. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. I was very pleased with his work and would continue to hire him in the future.

The work progressed well until one of the workers was left on the site on his own. He neither knew how to solve some problems he encountered nor did he know when to stop trying. The owner, Joe, was apologetic when I informed him of the problem and we experienced no further issues, with the work completed satisfactorily. Joe had previously completed work at a rental property (tiling of tub/shower enclosure, installing toilet flange and reseating toilet, and pedestal sink install) on time and on budget, in spite of encountering some unexpected problems.
