They were great. I am disabled and they took charge moving and relocating. Had to change my moving date and they were great about it. Personable, careful and fast.

Zolar was quick to respond to my requests. We had a quote but no contract so I based my trust of them on reviews here. I'm so glad I did. They sent friendly, professional, and careful staff. They worked quickly. We would definitely ask them to help out again.

They were real people who responded to requests, gave eye contact and treated us and our things with respect. It was at the end of a long day for them and they were tired and a bit rushed but nothing was damaged and they were still very careful with our house and things.

I left a message with the stretch of dates that would work for
us (May 23-28, 2013), our beginning and ending locations, and our phone
number. They didn't get back to me after about four or so days, so I called
them back on Saturday, April 27, leaving a message that if I didn't hear
back within a couple of days I'd just move on. They called in about 30
minutes, and weren't all that friendly. He'd clearly not listened well to
my message as he needed me to repeat details I'd left already (not simply
confirming them, but asking them as if I'd not already left them).

The appointment was set for today, May 2, between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. At 1:45
I was on the phone trying to straighten out something important and got a
call while on the line. Three minutes later, I hung up, got Zolar's
message, and called back. He'd decided not to come out as scheduled since I
didn't answer the phone, nor did he wait for me for any duration to call
back. Instead, he called someone else to have her leave work and meet him
at her location for an estimate rather than just showing up at my house
between 1-2 as scheduled. I didn't really care for his demeanor on the
phone as he gave me the impression he thought it was unreasonable for me to
expect him to have been on his way here or to have waited just a few
minutes to see if I called back before embarking on another estimate for
which there was obviously no appointment window set. He got to my house
about 2:40. After giving me an estimate that was easily more than twice my
expectation, he asked me my moving dates. A few minutes ago (an hour
later), he called to tell me they don't have anything in that "narrow of a
time frame" and then asked if we could move the first of June or later.
Really? Good grief. Checking availability before coming would have saved us
both time and me frustration and irritation.

The entire transaction was smooth from initial inquiry, to scheduling and the actual move.  They were prompt and helpful at both sites.  Work was done in a timely and very satisfactory manner.

Zolar is by far the best moving company I have ever hired.  Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, the crew was very professional (no nicks to expensive furniture or to walls/floors),  All members of the four person crew seemed to be experienced movers, rather than temporary summer help.  They knew how to disassemble and reassemble all the heavy pieces like buffets, dressers with mirrors, and so on.  On top of that, the move took less time than expected and was very inexpensive, even less than their estimate.  I would definitely hire them again.
