The technician (Jim) called to schedule the appointment, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained what he was doing, and worked quickly, but with obvious experience and care.

No problems. Seemed knowledgable. Spent about 30 minutes looking at machine.

My 10 year old Frigidaire wall oven wasn't heating so I called County Wide on a Thursday. The repairman came on Monday and told me the control board was broken. He also said that since the board was no longer made, he couldn't repair the oven, but if I were to track down the board I could call him back to repair it. He took $90 for his troubles. I found the board online after 1 Google search for $300. As a last ditch effort before ordering the part, I took out the bad board, resoldered a bad connection, Put it back in, and the oven works! As a working professional with two kids in preschool, I say shame on County Wide for not earning their ridiculous service charge, shame on you for not finding the part for me, and shame on you for not taking a quick look at the board. I spent two half days to fix this. Once again County Wide fails because they think(know) they are the only game in town. You can do better, but never again for me.

He was efficient and knowledgeable about the dryer. He also made a recommendation for someone to clean the vent.

A new problem had arisen. Recommended buying a new and quot;yeomanand quot; machine, not an ASKO.

i had a relatively new dishwasher - 13 months old (so it was out of warranty). i knew exactly what the problem was so i called and told them what the problem was and what part needed replacing. i had already done my research. the workman came over and quot;diagnosedand quot; exactly what i said it was and charged me almost $90 for 5 minutes work to tell me what i already knew and didn't fix it. he said he had to order the part. so i take another day off and he shows up with the very part i said i needed, puts it in and and charges me another $135 plus tax. ridiculous, overpriced, rude, condescending and basically awful. and the dishwasher is crap as well. i had been warned by several other people NOT to use them. i have now learned my lesson.

Great! They ordered the part, offered to show up at the house, even though they usually do this in shop. Professional as always and helped me determine if it would be cost effective to fix or replace.

Serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing and how to prevent any further problems.

I called County Wide to repair my front-loading washer. Only 3 years old and it had died with a big bang. They told me that there was a service charge to have them come out which was reasonable and I only had to pay that for the initial visit and not for the follow-up once the part came. County Wide came the next day. Gentleman was very nice and professional. He was able to find the problem, a broken spring, very quickly. He was very nice and showed me what was broken and how he planned to fix it. He also told me the price of the part, how long it would take him to fix it once he had the part, and exactly how much it would cost. He called the day before the part was expected to tell me it was in and he would be able to fix it a day earlier than expected if that would be convenient for me, it was and very much appreciated. Work was done quickly, professionally and (thank goodness) inexpensively. Highly recommended!!

They are reliable, professional, and highly skilled. I would recommend them to others.
