Was so pleased with my experience with Order a Plumber. Solved my problem and so professional. Impressed with how neatly he worked and left things perfect.

The plumber inspected the bathroom shower. The job took less than 5 minuted. Did find anything wrong. When asked where the leak was he gave hundreds of reason without even trying to inspect the source. And for doing nothing he charged me $149.00. You should do a better job selecting professionals. If your job is giving locations of plumbers, I could do it myself finding one in yellow pages

The service charge and the estimate was way to much. They called extremely early in the morning.

Fixed problem worker were very clean polite and knowledgeable Used Video Camera to diagnose the problem found blockage and was able to repair issue

First to call after I placed the request for a plumber. The woman who called me said that the service fee is $39. Not once---NEVER---did she mention that the plumber's rate was $250, despite me describing the problem as a non emergency. I had no leaks, no busted pipes, no water overflowing, no drywall damage--nothing of that sort. What was the problem? Originally, I thought the fill valve needed replacing. Turns out, the problem was a broken flapper in the toilet tank. $270 for a job that took less than 15 minutes to fix. Did the plumber do the job? Yes he did. Did I have to hire them? No I didn't but I was pressed to repair the noisy toilet on the second floor because my daughter is fresh out of the hospital and she shouldn't go up and down the stairs to use the bathroom on the first floor. I wish I had gone with another, less expensive company to fix the $5 part or DIY. In the future, I won't use them.

Highway robbery. $375 to replace a cartridge to fix a leaky faucet. Less than an hour of work and a $2 part. No answer when I called the office to check the price. The plumbers were very pleasant and the faucet no longer leaks but $375 ?!?!? I won't recommend them and I'll never call for their service again.
