We are glad that we were able to provide you with service upon your request and that we were able to identify the source of the water leak you had us trouble shoot. We do understand that our technician did explain to you the process of the leak search and the cost prior to starting the job, and that our technician and yourself were in full agreement before we started the process. In regards to the work performed the leak search we performed spanned just short of an hour and we exhausted all resources prior to ruling out a possible leak from the plumbing in your bathroom shower. However as stated on our invoice the leak appeared to be coming through the ceiling below when the shower was in use and water was escaping the shower enclosure and getting onto the floor, we also pointed out some tiled areas inside of the shower which needed the attention of a tile contractor. Many times a leak coming from a second floor bathroom is not plumbing related although the leak may appear while a shower or tub is in use. Often times this is from either a shower curtain not containing the water within the shower or from water penetrating the shower walls or bathroom floors through unsealed tile areas or damaged floors or walls within the vicinity of the shower or toilet area. As stated we noted our findings and our suggestions on your service ticket. We are glad to have been able to rule out that the leak was directly related to your plumbing pipes. We take all of our reviews very seriously and we constantly strive to satisfy our customer needs. "We appreciate the feed back Frank. We do apologize for the early phone call but your lead came in the previous night and we followed up first thing in the morning. Our office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and try to set the schedule for the day first thing in the morning. Our diagnostic fee is $39.00 the initial visit which gets waived if you move forward with the work. We did give you a discounted price to repair two toilet bowls and we apologize if you feel that the price was to high. Our goal is to gain and keep our customers always.
