SEA CRYSTAL POOLS

Our experience with Sea Crystal was poor. The receptionist was always rude. The owner, who sold the job refused to respond when contacted. When he came to view the issues, he showed up hours early to avoid me and never fixed problems he promised to. Problems: Uneven & cracked cement, crooked diving board & latter and leak. Because they did not test for leaks before filling in, they started running new lines less than a foot deep to avoid digging. They only agreed to dig below the frost line after I came out with a camera and started taking pictures. I got to see all the garbage they buried! The coping job is poor. In a nut shell, their work was slow and sloppy. They constantly smoked and used my yard as their ashtray. Remaining problems were completed by other contractors or lived with so we wouldn't have to see them again.
