"Thank you very much for your review. We spoke yesterday and we are truly sorry about your experience with us, the rep has been spoken to and given a warning about his behavior. This is not how we conduct business and like everything there are always two sides to every story, based on what he said you were with the siding guy and you were very dismissive when given him a description of what you wanted, he said you didn't have just the siding guy there he said you had the granite guy there as well and he asked him and they both the same time appointment. He unfortunately didn't handle the situation correctly, but this is how they make a living and running late in your appointment would mean being late for the rest of the day and potential loss of sales and income for him and he let those emotions get the best of him. Again, we are truly for how he handled the situation we will keep a close eye on him and his representation of our company."

"When you called us with your emergency, Jessalyn from our office clearly told you that there was no way we could help you as fast as you wanted, that is why you did your own removal of the fence. When you called back and wanted us to go an reinstall what someone else had taken down you were put on the schedule by Jessalyn again and she sent mike the next day to give you a quote. We we were all trying to get you in the week of the 11th not the 11th itself. We were at this point squeezing your job in, people that were signing jobs with us that same week you signed your repair were put in for the week of August 15th [Member Information Removed]. We had customers who waited 3 weeks to get [Member Information Removed] the week of the 11th and we [Member Information Removed] couldn't push them back, we understand you had specific circumstances that made you want this repair done ASAP but we did work with you whether you think so or not we made exceptions and paid guys over time to be able to squeeze your job and had it completed Saturday evening. Sorry we couldn't service you to your satisfaction, but we did try."
