You came to Angie's List to specifically to find a great deal from a company with a proven track record and testimonials to back it up. You found that in Above All Gutters, yet you chose to circumvent the Angie's List purchasing protocol in an effort to find an even better deal and exclusive scheduling terms during the busiest part of the year. We accommodated your request despite the fact that you knew we were fully booked (which you acknowledged) and we were making all efforts to fit you in, when you wanted. All customers are made aware that appointments are subject to inclement weather. If a customer insists and makes a specific request for a notification, we will honor that request. However, that request was not made in this case. That said, we do apologize for not giving you a notification in a time frame that you expected.
