Description of Work: my initial contact with them was very good. i wanted gutter repair which it turns out they do not do but the rep i spoke with was kind enough to recommended another company. i sent them an enote requesting a refund but am now having a difficult time getting it processed. will wait patiently until resolved.

Description of Work: 00I have approximately 85 feet of gutter on 3 sides of the house that needed cleaning. I emailed them photo's of the house and gutters and they quoted me a price of $100.00. They were pretty punctual but after they started the work they requoted me an increase in the price of $125.00 since it had been a while since they were cleaned and the gutters were quite full. They also told me the clearance from the house to the property line was closer than they thought and he almost fell off the ladder (scary) so that also caused the increase...I agreed and paid the increase...I will probably use them again
