Description of Work: Estimates came quickly. The owner told me when he was coming to do the repair and then didn't show up. Didn't call either. We made another appointment for the following day and he didn't show up for that either. No phone call. I will look for another service person. I understand that plans can change, but he has my phone number. It's not professional.

Description of Work: Above All Gutter Services, Inc. installed new gutters on my home. This is a highly professional company which I would eagerly recommend to anyone in need of new gutters. They arrived on time and installed a high quality product. When they left, my property was completely cleaned up and my old gutters were removed. Furthermore, I was given a very reasonable price.

Salesman came same day and set up cleaning two days later The honest salesman said all i needed was a cleaning. Great honestly, integrity and price Would use again.

Description of Work: Above All reattached soffit sections which had been pulled out by a recent storm. I am satisfied with their work. They have been cleaning out our gutters since Spring of 2008 and also replaced one damaged drainpipe for $75, if I remember correctly and reattached another one.

+ -1 moreThis man is a complete idiot. He lies and then leaves a receipt for $100 without doing any work? I asked him three different times for a price and he said $40 each time. I am very distressed and disappointed. This was horrible, I had to have the police come and I missed the train for work. He wasted my time. I am glad he didn't do the work. I clean the gutters myself and I would never pay $100!
Description of Work: He called once and gave me a story and told me he’d come the following week. He called the following week and couldn’t come because he was backlogged. So I called him about 3 days ago and he said he’d be here on 4/1/10. Each time I asked how much he charged he said $40. I asked when he’d be here and he said between 1 and 4 and it would be $40. At about 10 minutes before 1 I saw a man creeping around my bushes and when he saw me he ran to his truck and left my house. I called the police and filed a report. I had asked Above All to come to my front door, there was no need to come to my back door. When I went outside there was a receipt in my mailbox for $100 from Above All Gutters and it said to call if interested in having the work done.

+ -1 moreI had a very bad leak in my house, that after asking around was determined to be caused by my gutters, which were old and breaking. After looking on Angie's List I decided on Above All gutters. After describing what was happeninng, they concurred with the phone assessment. They came over while I was at work and surveyed the house and left the estimate. From there we decided on the course of action, which was a full replacement of gutters. The only problem I had with the company was, somehow I got lost in the process, I called right after Christmas, expecting a call (as was told to me) in 2 weeks to confirm start date and I did not get a return call back until the 3rd week of February. But to their defense, when they realized their mis-step, they did make sure to move me up and did the work as soon as possible.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the work that was done. A previous gutter company did not take the time to evaluate my problem and the result was unsatisfactory. Above All Gutter Services identified what was needed and installed a larger gutter and repositioned and installed two down spouts in an afternoon at a reasonable cost. They were professional and worked efficiently.
Description of Work: At the time of the estimate the representative immediately saw the problem with my gutter configuration and identified how it could be remedied. The work crew came within a week a installed a new gutter and downspouts that corrected the problem.

I made an appointment over the phone...they showed up on the day they promised with a crew of three. The gutters were cleaned and washed down. They even did the garage gutters. Everything was completed in less than a half-hour. The crew was friendly and answered my questions about gutters. I'll called them back again in the fall after the trees shed their leaves.

The three gentlemen were very professional and cleaned up everything. The new gutters look great - now I wish it would rain!!
