+ -1 moreI contacted above all about two weeks ago . My call was returned by the owner himself , Gregg . We scheduled a date for him to come by and give me an estimate , this was either the next day or two days after but either way it was a very quick response. After his inspection Gregg gave me an estimate that was a bit less than I expected. 1100 dollars to remove and replace the gutters. With some more less than perfect weather it was roughly a week before the work started . The team arrived right at our scheduled time and went right to work . The two gentleman that arrived to do the work were both professional and courteous. They worked fast and cleaned up before I even approached them about squaring up the bill. Once it was all said and done they gave my property another once over to make sure they left it better than they found it and did. I highly recommend using Above All Gutter Services. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them or their quality of work .
Description of Work: Greggs team replaced the gutters on my home and my garage.

He was punctual, professional, and true to his word. He sent me a contract immediately, as per our conversation. I am going to have the gutters cleaned 4 times a year. (I already set this up with Greg). Above All (his name), says it all. Top notch company, and I was glad I choose them!!

+ -1 moreI called Greg around 10 am and he said he would stop over and look at the damage by 2 pm. He called a little while later and said he could make it earlier if it was convenient with me. He came promptly, gave me a price that was a little high for me (living on SS/pension) but probably fair. I agreed to the price and Greg did the work himself immediately as we were forecasted to have heavy rains the next day. Greg is prompt, courteous and I would have no problem recommending him.
Description of Work: Repaired a hanging gutter that had blown off in a windstorm, and was hanging by one nail. All pieces of the gutter and leader were reused perfectly.

+ 0 moreWe used them last year and were happy with them. We ask that they clean our gutters twice a year and they agreed. After not seeing or hearing from them we called to get our gutters cleaned. We were told it was a 3 week wait. When we entered the fourth week I sent them an e-mail telling them to either clean my gutters within the next week or I'll find someone else. I received a quick e-mail response telling me that they'd be out to clean my gutters. About a week later they cleaned my gutters and left a service contract which I did not sign. They are courteous and respectful, but I don't understand the long delays in service.

+ -1 moreWe bought our home in the spring and soon found we had a "water problem" in the basement. I did my research, and conducted a very scientific walk around the house in pouring rain. It soon became apparent to me that the gutters were so clogged that the water was running over the sides and falling down right along the rear foundation. I found Greg on Angie's List and got in contact with him. He checked the house the next day and left a quote in the mailbox. I contacted him and arranged for the service, and that was it. I've since entered into an annual service agreement that saves about $20 or so over 4 cleanings, so I will be using Above All well into the future (they came back in the spring when I pointed out they missed one downspout that I didn't even know existed until I trimmed back a bush that was hiding it, and did some minor repairs without me even asking).

+ 0 moreThe owner answered the telephone and set up an appointment for the following day. Even though it was a long distance for him to travel, he arrived on time. The work was scheduled for the following week but later that same day he called to find out if the job could be done the following morning. The men arrived on time, were very nice and promptly went about their work. I am very happy to have the work done and I am considering having them come several times during the year to clean them again. I live in a heavily wooded area and I am sure that this system will, in the long run, work out better. The oak leaves fall regardless of the gutter guards and I still have to get out and clean them. Description of Work: Removed the gutter guards that were there when I moved in last year and caused me more headaches than they helped me. Cleaned the gutters and leaders, put extensions on two of the leaders to direct water further away from the house. They even secured the cap over the chimney. The roof shingles on one side of the house are not hanging as far down as they should, so a gap is created and possible leaks may occur. In this location, he cut the existing guards in half to extend the shingle line while still allowing as much water as possible to get into the gutter. Everything was cleaned up and the old guards were carried to the curb.

Heard back pretty quickly that I was outside their normal service area. Later, I had a call from Greg Griffin, owner of company, saying that he would come by, since he had opportunities for other business in my area. He came as we had arranged, viewed the job, gave me his price which I accepted, and said the work would be done within a week. Mr. Griffin and an assistant came on the morning of June 28, did the job Thoroughly, efficiently and meticulously, leaving no mess at all. They removed the gutter screens which had been installed a few years earlier, and which I had found to be more of a problem than an asset. I agreed on a schedule for continuing maintenance. I look forward to dealing with Above All Gutter Services in the future.
