When Marko comes, he does a great job. I've got no complaints. He specializes in renovating buildings that have seen better days, and we have had use for him, obviously, because we own some of those buildings. Sometimes, a lot of people want to use Marko, so his availability is somewhat questionable. But when he's available, he's available. When he gets there and does the job, he's an A. He is very professional, takes it seriously, and he does a very good job. If he doesn't think your plan is the best plan, he will tell you, and he speaks his mind. I have been happy with him.
