We hired Miracle Workers after getting some work done on the house. We had our floors refinished and some construction, so it was extremely dusty. Plus, since Covid, we hadn't had our house professionally cleaned. It was long overdue. The crew did a really excellent job of getting this place thoroughly clean. I can even say that it was absolutely the best cleaning we've EVER gotten from a company. I am a disabled Veteran, and cleaning this house on my own is just impossible. They accommodated us last minute which was VERY appreciated, and they really did an amazing job of cleaning. That being said, there were a few major points that were less than satisfactory. First, I had to put several things back in order. The upstairs bathroom shower curtain had a few hooks hanging off of the pole, area rugs out of place, but mainly, the living room. The furniture was moved around for cleaning and not put back even close to what it should look like. For example, the coffee table was all the way to the fireplace, nearly 5 ft away from the couch, where it lives, the chairs and end tables were also very out of place. I had to push everything back into place myself. As I said, I am a disabled Veteran, and this was more than an inconvenience. While I appreciate them moving everything, and while i do expect things to be slightly out of order, this was EXTREMELY out of place. Additionally, a cat toy had gotten sucked into the vacuum pole and the lady began banging the metal pole on our newly refinished hardwood floors. Thankfully, my husband heard them, stopped them, and grabbed a needle nose pliers to remove the toy. No damage done to the floor. Finally, and this one is the biggest deal really - there are scratches on our brand new black stainless steel refrigerator! UGH!!!! I do wish I had taken pictures of everything, but I didn't see it as a huge deal... until I saw the scratches. I've attached a pic of that (as best as I could get with a cell phone and flash on reflective material). There is a dent on the frig (which we did in the first month of ownership), but you can tell from the pics, there are no scratches anywhere.... accept for the corner, left by the cleaning service. They must've hit the side of the frig, when moving the bread maker or knife set located on the side counter. Overall, they were too aggressive with my things. I contacted the company immediately, and while I did receive a response, they've done nothing to try and repair it or cover damages. I have contacted them twice, with no resolve, and no answer. It's a shame, because they truly would've been our forever company, for both my house as well as my sisters, had they done something to help fix this.

Very well. Two women for 2.5 hours. Not much turnover, so ladies know where the cleaning equipment and supplies are, and how to best clean the house.

Very well. The cleaning team is very detail oriented and my house looks great every time they are here. Also, Mike takes care of his employees well, so they are very loyal to him. Many of his employees have been working with him for many years, so they are trained well and do a great job. It is a win-win situation - they know my house well by now, and what I like special attention given to. Each time they come they have a driver asks if anything needs special attention, and he makes sure the cleaning team takes care of those items.

We used this service for about one year. At first they were excellent, but as time went on, the service declined. The time spent cleaning got shorter and shorter. Furniture would be move for cleaning (good thing) and left there without being returned to the original location (bad thing). No effort was ever made to put items on the bathroom counter back where they had started (really annoying thing). Several times items were broken (bad thing, but hey, it happens). However, this happened 4 times, and we were never told about the breakage and left to discover it on our own (very bad thing). The last time a large picture frame was left on the floor with the broken glass all over (really bad thing and dangerous too if you have pets or children). Mike stopped responding to texts and clearly could no longer be bothered once he had the account. Well, he no longer has the account.

very well. I had been ill for several weeks and could not clean properly. My master shower hasn't been this clean for decades - it's a small confined space and I couldn't get in there to clean well. The first visit, above, took 3 girls 3 hours; Subsequent visits took 2 girls 2 hours. The girls are Spanish-speaking, with very little English, but they are always escorted by the owner or a bi-lingual supervisor, who explains to them what is needed.

Went fairly well but was not advised about two small plastic pieces of my shower door that were broken off and 'hidden' behind a shampoo bottle.  I should have been told prior to them leaving.  I also work from home and would expect less chatter amongst the workers.  The cleaning was thorough though so the job was done although I was charged an extra $40 cash due to the fact that the team consisted of three rather than the two the owner said was included in the offer. I failed to find this in the fine print.

Mike and his crew did an awesome job. They were there for 8 hours and I was updated a couple of times during the course of the day to give me updates on the service provided. They were punctual, professional and thorough. This service was a tremendous help in assisting me to put the house on the market. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.
