Architectural Service
He took over five months just to pull a permit. Incorrectly filed paperwork with the DOB and missed a structural beam in his initial survey necessitating a complete re-work of everything that he did by another architect. In the beginning, the contractor who referred me to him was let go from the job (after he stopped answering my calls) and the mistakes and overall negligence on the part of the architect, in my opinion, were likely out of spite.
