+ -1 moreThey did very good work to remedy any problems that arose. Rob usually had several ways to go to solve a problem and helped me in choosing the best option. I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: I am a remote landlord and for 2 years K&L managed the townhouse that I rented out. They promptly responded to any problems that the tenant had with plumbing, leaks or general maintenance. They always kept me informed of problems and solutions.

I am a long-distance landlord, and needed a contractor and property manager that I could trust. They have gone beyond the call of duty in not only visiting and maintaining a vacant property so that it could rent, but also assessing what work needed to be done to maximize the potential rental income, and then serving as contractor to get all the work done. Since then, they have established a positive relationship with my new tenant, enhancing the tenant's experience and helping me to keep that tenant in the house as long as possible. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing property management and/or contractor services. They're very personable (no big-company treatment), and their prices are fair. Simply top-notch in a very competitive business. Thanks, guys!
