TRUE BLUE SWIMMING POOLS

They had too many pools scheduled because so many different things went wrong during construction, from foundation wall uneven or buckling to lights never installed on the right side of the pool and service since installing pool have been terrible. Liner keeps coming out in areas, heater broke down a year later and couldn't get them to help in the repair or provide guidance on what to do. automatic pool cleaner keeps getting stuck and bag constantly gets caught and tears. They don't seem to know how to fix or do things properly or they are just to busy and dont' care

The quality of the work is great. The only downside is the cost.

They seemed very much sincere in what we wanted and what the trends were in the area. They seemed like a very good company, but we just went with someone else.

They gave us a good quote, but we just ended up going with somebody that we knew in the area. We liked them and they got back to us quick. They were good, but we just ended up not using them.

I would absolutely recommend him and the draw came in as priced. I was very happy. They actually poured the foundation in the winter time and just finished up some ordinance the other day. Dealing with Mike was a pleasure, his foremen Ralph as well. The quality was outstanding.

I have used them for the past ten years. They are pretty good. They have been pretty reliable. Last year there was a problem with my filter that I thought they had taken care of. We called them, and they came out and fixed it. They have been pretty good other than that. Their prices are comparable.

They were very professional and they always returned our calls. They got the job done quick and did a good job. They arrived on time and when they were scheduled to be there. I didn't have any problems with them. There was always a foreman on the job to look over the workers and their work. They finished the job quickly; the whole job took them from beginning to end about a month to complete the job. They did a good job and we are very pleased with their work.

The owner told us that he or his manager would be on the property to over see the installation throughout the process. We couldn't get them to show up even when there were huge problems because sub contractors were confused about the design. Almost every part of the job was sub-contracted out. The final pool is set too low into the ground, is set four inches lower into the ground on one end. The pool is supposed to be in line with house and is off by one foot. He left piles of dirt next to the pool which washed into the pool and tried charging us for the extra dirt removal. Because the pool was set too low into the ground, we had to haul tons of more dirt off the property. The cement walls were built with old wooden deformed forms leaving gaps and deformed walls. The end result was a "True Brown pool!" We had to hire several contractors to repair, replace, or complete work that they were paid to do. They took on too many jobs and they couldn't handle installing all the jobs sold.

TRUE BLUE SWIMMING POOLS DOES A GOOD JOB. THEY REALLY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND ARE DEPENDABLE. THEY MIGHT BE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT THEY'RE WORTH IT.

THE SERVICEMEN ARE VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY ARE GOOD GUYS THAT WE USE TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE POOL. THEY ARE ON TIME, CLEAN AND DON'T LEAVE A MESS BEHIND AFTERWARDS.
