They are excellent. They have an old staff. They do research and they are all licensed. They are very professional. They are not the cheapest in price.

They were good. They came in and gave us an estimate. They came in and got the job done. We are happy with the work they did. We don't have anything to compare their price against because we pulled them off from Angie's list. They did a good job.

I can do nothing but rave about Bartlett Tree Experts. They did a great job on the trees. They did a very healthy job in terms of the vegetation. The employees are more concerned about tree health than just making firewood. They were very pragmatic in dealing with the trees.

Owner came over, gave us an estimate and told us the work could be performed on the following Monday. Crew arrived promptly and did work specified.

Overall, it was ok. One of trees has been damaged from fungus even though I had it sprayed. There are brown spots on the leaves and they are falling off the tree. The reason I hired Bartlett was to keep this from happening. The spots and leaves dropping are less severe than when i was not having it sprayed. However, I was given the impression that by spraying this would go away completely. Also, I always request to be notified when spraying is done so that my dog is not outside and that he has time to run around before they spray in the morning. My trees get sprayed 3 times a year. One of the times this season they called but never showed. Then one morning several days later I see one of the workers outside spraying and I had not let my dog outside yet to run around and relieve himself, plus I had my house windows all open. As you can imagine I was running all over the house. I called to discuss this with the manager and he left an unaplogetic message, he actually sounded annoyed with me. Since I wanted to discuss with him I left a few messages and then I still had to keep calling until he was in the office. He was still not apologetic and insisted that he had called me. I agreed he called but they never showed and he never called to say that they were coming another day and which day it may be. He is a new manager to the branch and did not seem to appreciate our continued business. I will consider another company for next season.

They are very good. They were efficient and they cleaned up their mess. They did the job within a day. They did the job well. Their price was fair and reasonable in comparison to the other verbal quotes I received. They took a while to get back to me.

BARLETT TREE SERVICE DOES A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY HAULED OFF ANY BRUSH THAT WAS LAYING AROUND AND MADE SURE THAT MY YARD WAS CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE DONE. MY YARD LOOKS GREAT WITHOUT THAT BIG OLD TREE.
