Description of Work: We have used this family owned business twice. First two order two queen sealy mattresses. They were delivered on time. One the the delivery men was the owner himself! His long-time employee had had an accident and he stood in. I didn't know he was the owner and was telling him how pleased we were with the business and service. The second time we ordered a couch. Their furnishings are not exotic or outside the mainstream. We will go elsewhere for those items. But, they do what they do well and they are reliable and honest.

 + -1 moreThe owner Steve made 3 trips from Hudson to Wynantskill to make different adjustments on the chair for me to make it work even better that it was (I have bad legs and knees ) to make me happy. He never charged me for any of the trips. Since then I have never gone any where else even though they are 30 plus miles from me. I pass a dozen furniture stores to get there. Since the original chair we have purchased from them a sofa, a coffee table, 2 end tables, a new mattress and another 2 recliners. They have been as nice the 5th or 6th time as they were in the beginning. I would never consider going any where else.
Description of Work: Purchased a Berkline leather recliner.
