Auto Sales
Pre-fab steps were ordered, but the steps delivered were not the steps ordered. Steps did not fit properly and had to have a lot of "fill" work done to make them fit. I think this was the first time that Rhino worked on a project like this and they seemed unsure of how to install the steps. The workers were not supervised enough to make sure that they performed the job properly and as a result, there were gaps and the railings were loose. Rhino seemed to need a lot of prompting to come to the job site and work on the project. The job lasted much longer than anticipated with constant follow up to request that they come and finish the job.
