He listens and he is willing to look at certain types of alternative care. He uses acupuncture, he refers quickly, and that is primarily important for me that he refers. The staff is professional. I haven't had any problems with them. They do have an extensive computer interactive system. I don't know how easy it would be for somebody new, to connect. They return phone calls pretty quickly. I had some billing problems but I don't think it was their fault, it was my insurance. I have been using him for years.

My experience with them was lovely. Their personnel worked professionally, and their service was very good. I would not use them again in the future, unless they improve their appointment making skills.
