"Hello [Member Name Removed], Yes our men went to your home and cleaned your dryer vent and chimney for a fair price. When you called our office and said the lint pipe for your dryer came loose our men automatically went back and re-attached the pipe. Our men did recommend to you earlier to change your dryer vent pipe, because it's old and falling apart. I apologiize if you feel that you were mistreated,but as you explained you replaced or corrected issue with your dryer vent pipe, which has nothing to do with us. We went there for a service and we completed it. Given a poor rating was unnecessary and shows your character."

As you know,we tried to clean your chimney... but it was dirty and had other issues. Yes our technician sealed your chimney and insulated it to prevent any draft.
