All the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Want to thank Joe, Ed and Oscar for their hard and meticulous work and Reed for coordinating everything to help the job get done in a timely manner. The pool looks wonderful and could not be happier.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They came to fix our pool and broke a clamp that attaches to my filter. When I followed up with them regarding the fact that they broke this, they claimed it was already broken and it was not their fault even though the guys who came to my house had no idea what they were doing. They expect me to go on Amazon and buy my own clamp to fix something they broke. I have to get another pool company to come in and pay more money. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS. This place is Sxxx.

Have used Sweeney pools on a few occasions and have never been disappointed. They are professional on the phone, setting up appointments and when they are at the site. Just had a major leak in a return line. Came the next day, literally only a few hours of down time. If you have a pool problem, you would be making a huge mistake not going with Sweeney's.

They go above and beyond. The process was seamless, no pun intended. They notice my pump was faulty and offered to fix that as well post the salt conversion. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, I was satisfied with the service I received from Sweenys. My pool wasnâ  t opened for a full year so of course it was going to be a mess with the cover I had on it. I had the pool opened in October, they came did a thorough vacuum job a few times, along with maintaining it with shock and chemicals. Any questions or concerns I would call and they would answer immediately. If I wasnâ  t satisfied with some thing they took care of the problem. I purchased a new cover as well and I canâ  t believe what a smooth transition that was. The new cover looks great and I was excited to see my pool looking as good as it did before the cover went right back on. My pool does not get used as often as it did years ago as kids grow up and move out but I will say when the old cover was off and the pool was clean for just a week it kind of made me want to say I think will open up the pool next spring and summer Thank you Sweeneys for a job well done and talking me through each procedure that you performed on my pool. We decided to change pool companies due to poor customer service. We decided to try Sweeney's. We are extremely happy with their professionalism. We spent about $5,800 on a new pool heater installed and winterization. We will continue to be their customer going forward !

Sweeney's were very communicative and timely with all construction. After an initial hiccup with our permit application the project ran smoothly and we couldnâ t be happier with our new pool. The team are very knowledgable and happy to always answer any questions. The contractors were all friendly, professional and diligent. We were swimming in our pool exactly 30 days from the start of the dig. My advice would be to make sure and measure your space and outline your pool a few times. Imagine running around it. Our permit made us decrease the size of the pool and it worked out perfectly! Could not be happier. So measure and measure again ! I would use Sweeney's again.

I used Sweeney's to have my pool liner replaced this past fall. Due to the high water table where I live, it required a very specific, highly technical, de-watering process to get this done. Sweeney's demonstrated confidence that they could handle this and they certainly delivered. Despite some unexpected challenges with the job, they were never anything other than top notch. Their confidence and expertise relieved my anxiety about how complicated this could get with the water table. Despite the unexpected difficulties with this job, they did NOT raise the quoted price. The pool liner came out beautifully and we cant wait to open this year.

Kenny and the team were great. They answered all the questions I had and the service was done quick and hassle free! We are now ready for the summer.

I was in a jam, due to an accident with my landscaper I needed a new safety cover and liner. I needed someone that could deal with their insurance company and save my summer by getting the work done quickly. Sweeney’s came through when I needed them most. Ken was extremely helpful, detailing the whole process and was very flexible working out a timeline that fit my needs, no easy feat during these times of Covid and supply shortages. Ken assured me materials were available and would not cause a delay. Ken was extremely responsive, answering a multitude of my questions. His staff was very professional every step of the way: Measuring the new cover, measuring the liner, repairing the existing pool walls and adding the proper amounts of foam, where the original installer did not, installing the new cover. They were friendly, courteous and cleaned up my backyard after completing the job. In addition I asked them to convert the pool to a salt water system. The preliminary work has been completed, the rest will be completed when they open the pool. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Sweeney’s and highly recommend them for all of your pool needs.

The appointment went very well. I was not at home for that appointment and it was greatly appreciated that I didn't get home to a mess. Technician was certain to clean up after him and put away the items neatly.

Finally the nightmare we started out with turned out to be an oasis in our backyard. My granddaughter learned how to swim this summer and we hosted her 4th birthday celebration with a lifeguard in our backyard. We have used Sweeny's for quite sometime. we have had to call them with some service issues but they always make it right and get the job done. we will continue to work with them.

After over 25 years I know what to look for in a seasonal pool service and found Sweeneyâ s as the best overall in the area. Their office staff actually follows up on any questions and issues that may arise and their on site team is very efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, and on time which is a nice change.
