Great job went the extra mile

Paulievknew what he was doing. Removing 5 layers of bricks (some were loose)?from top of chimney, getting riding bushes and roots growing there, cementing and installing a steel cap. Also waterproofing and some pointing, cleaning gutters .Professional, thorough work together with Pete who was eager to please and who did a great job assisting Paulie and cleaning my driveway. They left the place spotless. Thanks Paulie and Pete! You did a great job!

Needed a repair to bricks on my chimney. They offered me several options but did not try to up sell me into refacing entire chimney. Did work on the spot, cleaned up and pleasant to deal with.

I requested a chimney cleaning and general inspection and the service team repeatedly told me that they did not need to climb on the roof to tell me that the chimney was in good condition. I was looking for a 2nd opinion because I had been told by another company that there were issues with the chimney cap. I got my fireplace and inside of the chimney cleaned but did not receive the service I thought I had arranged for. It was a rainy day but they never stated that there could have been a safety issue. I believe they just did not want to take the ladder off the truck.

Slight damages on garage doors and siding

They arrived just after the 2 hr "arrival window", This was for for adding flue tile, 2 new caps, damper, new masonry crown, some re-pointing and chimney cleaning, due to the scope of the work I had allocated all day so arrival time was not a problem. Justin & Chris did excellent work, very professional, courteous and cleaned up nicely after project. Price was in line with other estimates, not the lowest but "you get what you pay for".

We don't think they did a proper chimney cleaning. The wood stove still fills the house with smoke. They were very pushing for us to buy a $2,500.00 chimney insert. It cost $450.00 to "clean"? the chimney & install a chimney cap. Very disappointed with this company!!!

Get a second quote. I think it was on high end, their labor costs were extremely high with that said high quality of workmanship so you get what you pay for

Service was timely but pricey!

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for fireplace inspection and dryer ducts service. When they showed up they said they couldn't do the dryer ducts because they didn't have the equipment. I had to reschedule and take a day off to ensure I'd get the work done before the deadline. Never again!

They were supposed to placed chimney liner inside of chimney, instead they placed pipe on back of house, without my permission,not inside of chimney. When I saw what they had done I was furious.
