Fireplaces By Design

From the moment we stepped into the showroom we knew we were in the right place. Hillary, our salesperson, met us and introduced us to the pellet world. She is well versed in the subject and very helpful and not at all pushy. With the help of her co-workers we now have the stove we wanted installed and operational. Following our showroom visit on 08/28/2014, Larry came to the house the next day to inspect the proposed location and offer suggestions for better placement. The stove was in stock (no shipping charge), with a discount until 09/08/2014. Following several weeks devoted to aquiring the town permit, installation was arranged. Two young men arrived, not only on time, but 1/2 hour early. They carefully carted the unit up our back stairs and into the house, after removing the door for clearance. The rest of the install went very well, we were instructed on the operation and maintenance.Very carefull and well done job. Mick and Chris were true professionals. Larry arrived to check on the job along the way, bringing our first ton of pellets with him. The three of them stacked them where I wanted, savin my back this time. Noted that tbey only deliver when installing a stove, usually it's "you cart" from the store. They also reccomended several types and brands of pellets. All in all,we highly reccomend Fireplaces by Design.
