Excellent experience. Eddie worked with us for months to find the right siding for our taste and budget. He promptly provided samples and estimates for different options. Never ran out of patience. The crew was excellent, very hard-working, very concerned with the quality of the work. We have gardens on three sides of the house and were fearful that they would be trampled. But the crew was extremely careful and caused little to no damage to the plants. We highly recommend this company.

We contacted Ed Drake the owner of Perfect Exteriors to inspect our roof after finding that we had water damage on some sheetrock and water leaking into our storage areas. We cannot say enough good things about this company. We were told that removing and replacing four large skylights, removing the existing shingles and replacing them that the job would take a day and a half to complete. We have dealt with many different contractors over the years for many renovations but Perfect Exteriors runs the most professional, organized business we have ever hired. Ed Drake and his Field Manager Steve Dewey have an absolutely amazing crew of men. They were extremely organized and all worked well together they were an excellent team. This job was started in the time frame that we were originally given and still completed in a day and a half even with the unexpected additional replacement of 42 sheets of plywood. Eddie Drake is awesome. I called Perfect Exteriors because we damaged our siding, but also needed new windows. My wife did the initial meet up with Eddie and said, “He reminds me so much of my dad! Very nice guy, down to earth, but you can tell he knows what he’s doing!” And Eddie has been nothing short of trustworthy, communicative, and amicable. He answered all our questions and got back to every email I wrote. He did the siding on the back of our house. He was able to match the color of our other siding and it looks phenomenal. No problems whatsoever. And they replaced all our windows. We are so happy! The only “negative” I can think of is that they forgot to finish putting up the trim around my basement window. Eddie called me the very next day, to check in on everything. I told him about the basement window - and he had his team over within 3 hours to fix it. Amazing! Seriously, incredible team. Highly recommend. I’m definitely going to Eddie for future projects!

Two thumbs up for a great job by Perfect Exteriors ! We had to replace our roof and after collecting several quotes from different vendors, we chose Perfect Exteriors for the install. We are so glad we did. Ed Drake met with us and provided a detailed estimate that included some features the others neglected. He was also able to provide the longest warranty for his work and product. (That has to be earned!) His staff were all respectful and very hard working. They arrived on time, draped the entire house to protect siding and the landscaping. They completed the job within one day as promised and cleaned the entire yard before departing with all discarded materials. Both Ed and his foreman, Steve were easily accessible by phone and provided us with accurate information. The work performed by the crew was amazing, they were fast, responsive, professional and did an excellent job on my house. I had Cedar Shakes originally on my house and they transformed my home into a beauty!!!! My house looks like a brand new house and the color is stunning!!!!! *Roof- The only way you can communicate with any of the roof workers is if you know Spanish. Three flat tires due to nails in driveway/ grass. The new gutters we’re not angled correctly and were filled to the top with water pouring over onto my porch. *Porch- they had to come back and install and replace proper anchors and use screws instead of nails after failing inspection on overhang and base attachment of large porch. *Still waiting for them to complete final inspection (after failed inspections ) after almost a year. *The stairs and cement pad were installed crooked at an obvious angle and the cement pad was not up to inspection codes. When I brought this to their attention it was a shrugs her shoulders. But after failing inspection they just poured another crooked 6” of cement adjoining the original which looks absolutely terrible.. Will do nothing about the porch stairs. Still waiting for final inspection on that also. * Front storm door was installed. Water runs inside from the top of the door installation which has space and is obviously not Installed correctly. Door has lock but no key was provided even after I requested one from Steve. It’s been almost a year since they completed the job and I am still waiting for a final inspection to close out the permit. I made the mistake by paying them in full . **Make sure not to pay them in full until you get your Final inspection and closed permits. *It is march 6,2022 And I am still waiting for the permits and final inspection for work they started in June of last year 2021

I recently had the pleasure on hiring perfect exteriors to replace my sidings and Eddie Drake measured and talk to us his knowledge expertise was amazing, is we were very impressed Steve the manager ,foreman, Milton, helpers Louis, Atelo, they were on time everyday, never seen such a hard working men. work the hottest day this year, when finished they came out beautifully, our house is brand new, the craftmanship is terrific, thank you perfect exteriors for doing an excellent job. My sister in law need windows, referred them and hire them for the windows.

Excellent workmanship . Crew did an excellent job, especially with the areas that needed extra detail. The crew was courteous and very clean . Ed and Steve stopped over regularly to check the progress of the job and were always available to address any questions or concerns I had, My wife and i are very satisfied with the completed job. We’ve already received several compliments from Neighbors how nice the house looks. We highly recommend Perfect Exteriors for anyone looking make improvements to their home.

All aspects of the job was professionally handled; from the initial quote conducted by the actual owner Ed, to the artful craftsmanship of the installation crew. Ed personally walks you through a description of the job, has access to superior materials and adds extra finishing details like metal flashing between the siding and foundation to help seal-up the house and keep out pests, as well as pvc blocks for fixtures. Ed and his team did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with the result.

Everything went very smoothly and the roof looks great. The owner, Ed, was very responsive with the estimate, answering all questions and providing numerous samples. Sharon, from the office, was also very helpful. She took care of all the paperwork and the necessary permit. The project manager, Steve, was on site for a good portion of the day and made sure everything was in order. Luis and his roofing team did a great job. We have a small vegetable garden right near the house and many new shrubs and everything was protected and there was no damage. They did a great job on cleaning up, no nails or debris to be found. It was approximately 3500 sq ft roof and they completed it in one long day. Another crew can 2 days later to install the gutter guards and replace one gutter. Everyone was very professional. I would recommend them.

This is our 3rd experience with Perfect Exteriors and we couldn't be happier. Every crew is meticulous and professional. So far they have done our roof, a set of windows, and the roof end-caps.
