They were prompt and their price, explanations and thoroughness were fine.

I wasn't prepared for someone to be so abrasive.  I appreciate the fact he let me know that he couldn't let complete the work on my house.  But the way Ken phrased it he made it sound like it was my fault.  It was almost as though he wanted an easy clean cut job.  I think he represented his company very poorly.

They were supposed to show up December 3, 2011(I may be off on the exact date ) to start the work, on the date when they indicated that the work was to be done, all residents were advised to remove their cars from the back, 12 units in this building.  It was late morning and they didn't show up, I called the office, and the secretary advised me that they were not coming on that date, the rain from last week had delayed their progress on other projects prior to ours.  I asked her why she could not have called to let us know, and she could not answer the question.  In any case, the work was done a few days later, it seemed that the work quality was terrific until I received a notice from a resident that she is still getting water from the roof.  Wagner Construction sent a representative in January 2012 to investigate, there was a metal bracket that needed to be adjusted.  I can not say whether or not that Wagner was responsible for that piece or not, but if they were hired to do a roof and saw a problem that would have caused water activity in the building, they had to know that we needed to address it.  In any case, after the adjustment, there was no more water entering the apartment but now the resident had damage to her ceiling.  I called back and spoke Kenny/Steve and they said they will speak to the rep that adjusted he metal bracket and let me know about the damage in the unit.  I called 3 times since then and the last conversation was that they were not going to make any money on this project, this is not my problem.  In any case, we gave up, I called a contractor I usually use, he came in and fixed the ceiling damage.  All in all, the roof work, I felt was great, with exception to the above problem, but due to their behavior in handling the leak problem I will not use them in the future.

We had some roof damage as a result of Hurricane/Tropical Storm Irene.  I spent much of September and early October figuring out which roofing company to use.  After several visits by companies I didn't particularly care for, in the 3rd or 4th week of October 2011, I called Wagner Construction.  A good friend of my parents recommended them.  The owner came a few days after my initial call, and did something not one of the other companies did...actually get on the roof, look at the damage, and spend the better part of an hour doing it, writing it up, talking to me about the choices, etc.  He came in with a price that was very good, and 2 or 3 days later I gave him a buzz.  He did tell me there were about 2 weeks behind, and since our roof damage did not include any leaks, time wasn't that big of an issue.  That said, 2 weeks turned into 4, and eventually in week #5 they called and said they would be there.  Again, not the biggest deal--heck if they told me they'd be 4 weeks behind I still would have done business with them.  He did say they were very busy at the time.  When they did come, everything was professional and orderly.  A big truck showed up at 7A and dropped off all of the material.  At 8:45, workers showed up.  By 3:30PM, the job was completed.  And the best part?  I found only 1 nail on the entire property from the work -- cleanup was amazing.

I would definitely recommend them to others for roofing, and I would use them again for any roof issues.

They were very nice.  He walked around my house and gave me an estimate.  They were a little high but they are definitely nice.  I didn't end up using them but I really liked them.  They were very up front with me.  They were here the same day or next day I called.  The reason I didn't use them was because their pricing was high.

They never showed up. They also never called to let me know that they weren't coming. I waited the whole day for them.

After getting several quotes from GAF Roofing Contractors in my area.  I choose Wagner Construction Company to do my roof because they gave me best value for the price.  I was quoted  $7700 for both Roof & New Gutters.  Everyone from customer service to installation workers were courteous & friendly. The only complaint I have is after installation, only my flat roof still leaks sometimes during heavy rain. I called them twice about the issue & so far no one has come to fix it.

Wagner was very good at staying in communication with us. The work was performed promptly and the quality of the work was very good. Clean-up was good as well. We would definitely use them for future jobs.

They did a very professional job. I am very happy. Its rained a lot since and no leaks. They are very very good.

THIS COMPANY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE THREE WEEKS TO COMPLETE INSTEAD IT TOOK ONE WEEK. THEY EVEN TOOK PICTURES OF THE NEW ROOF TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THE NEW ROOF MAKES MY HOUSE LOOK BRAND NEW.

THEY'RE GREAT, OUR APPOINTMENT WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE THEY WERE ON-TIME AND JUST DID A PERFECT JOB. WE'VE USED THEM IN THE PAST FOR ROOFING, SIDING AND WINDOWS. I ALSO LIKE HOW VERSATILE THEY ARE.

THE PROCESS WAS INITIATED BY A REFERRAL FROM A FRIEND. MR WAGNER CAME TO THE HOUSE AND DID A FULL INVESTIGATION, TOOK MEASUREMENTS, AND SAT A DISCUSSED THE VARIOUS OPTIONS AVAILABLE. I INDICATED THAT I ALSO WANTED THE GUTTERS REPLACED. HE SUGGESTED THAT THE 2 FANS LOOKED QUITE OLD AND WERE A BIT RUSTY. I ASKED HIM TO QUOTE THEM ALSO. THREE DAYS LATER WE MET AGAIN AT THE HOUSE AND HE PRESENTED HIS QUOTE, AND SHOWED ME THE COLOR CHOICES FOR THE SHINGLE, AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT MATERIALS THAT WOULD BE USED TO COMPLETE THE WORK. I AGREED, GAVE HIM A DEPOSIT, AND HE SAID THAT HIS CREW WILL BE THERE WITHIN 2 WEEKS (HIS OFFICE WILL CALL BEFORE TO LET ME KNOW WHEN) AND THE JOB WILL TAKE 3 DAYS. DUE TO THE WEATHER (THIS WAS IN NOV 2004) THEY CAME IN THREE WEEKS & COMPLETED THE JOB IN 3 DAYS. A WEEK LATER MR WAGNER STOPPED BY TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS OKAY, AND I PAID THE BALANCE. ASIDE FROM ONE SMALL LEAK THAT WAS HANDLED QUICKLY, EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND I AM SATISFIED WITH THEM.
