Description of Work: They were great. They installed new siding, new leaders and gutters and replaced 11 windows. Four of the windows were new sizes, which required interior sheetrock repair in 3 rooms. The owner, Ken, was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and personable. He was here almost every day to supervise the work. They were prompt, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. The house looks great. I have already recommended them to a relative. I hired them to do the siding/windows because they replaced my roof several years ago. They did a good job and responded very quickly when I called about a minor leak a couple of years later (which they repaired at no charge). I would recommend them again.

Wagner was very good at staying in communication with us. The work was performed promptly and the quality of the work was very good. Clean-up was good as well. We would definitely use them for future jobs.
Description of Work: Installed new front door and storm door. Installed crown molding in living room and dining room areas. Painted these same areas. Replaced a rotted support beam for the outsaide patio overhang. Replaced some water-damaged sheetrock in the garage. Painted the concrete stoop outside the back door.

THEY'RE GREAT, OUR APPOINTMENT WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE THEY WERE ON-TIME AND JUST DID A PERFECT JOB. WE'VE USED THEM IN THE PAST FOR ROOFING, SIDING AND WINDOWS. I ALSO LIKE HOW VERSATILE THEY ARE.

THIS COMPANY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE THREE WEEKS TO COMPLETE INSTEAD IT TOOK ONE WEEK. THEY EVEN TOOK PICTURES OF THE NEW ROOF TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THE NEW ROOF MAKES MY HOUSE LOOK BRAND NEW.

THE PROCESS WAS INITIATED BY A REFERRAL FROM A FRIEND. MR WAGNER CAME TO THE HOUSE AND DID A FULL INVESTIGATION, TOOK MEASUREMENTS, AND SAT A DISCUSSED THE VARIOUS OPTIONS AVAILABLE. I INDICATED THAT I ALSO WANTED THE GUTTERS REPLACED. HE SUGGESTED THAT THE 2 FANS LOOKED QUITE OLD AND WERE A BIT RUSTY. I ASKED HIM TO QUOTE THEM ALSO. THREE DAYS LATER WE MET AGAIN AT THE HOUSE AND HE PRESENTED HIS QUOTE, AND SHOWED ME THE COLOR CHOICES FOR THE SHINGLE, AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT MATERIALS THAT WOULD BE USED TO COMPLETE THE WORK. I AGREED, GAVE HIM A DEPOSIT, AND HE SAID THAT HIS CREW WILL BE THERE WITHIN 2 WEEKS (HIS OFFICE WILL CALL BEFORE TO LET ME KNOW WHEN) AND THE JOB WILL TAKE 3 DAYS. DUE TO THE WEATHER (THIS WAS IN NOV 2004) THEY CAME IN THREE WEEKS & COMPLETED THE JOB IN 3 DAYS. A WEEK LATER MR WAGNER STOPPED BY TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS OKAY, AND I PAID THE BALANCE. ASIDE FROM ONE SMALL LEAK THAT WAS HANDLED QUICKLY, EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND I AM SATISFIED WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THIS WORK WAS PERFORMED ON MY 2ND HOUSE, WHICH WAS BUILT IN 1948 AND HAD ALREADY HAD 2 REPLACEMENT ROOFS. RIP OLD ROOF DOWN TO WOOD SURFACE ON ENTIRE HOME. INSTALL NEW ROOF WITH TIMBERLINE 30 YEAR SHINGLES, INCLUDING ICE AND WATER SHIELD, RESEAL VENTS, PIPES, CHIMNEY AND WALLS. CLEAN AND REMOVE DEBRIS. ALSO INSTALL NEW GUTTERS & LEADERS AND 2 NEW WHOLE HOUSE FANS ON DORMER.
