Very polite and professional. Came on time for the estimate and priced lower than the other two quotes I had received. Walked me through the entire process showing exactly what they were going to do and with what tools/machines. On the day of service I had the same technician and a helper, and both were great. Extremely clean, and again walked me through each step so I could see what I was paying for and how much they were actually cleaning. I will be using them to do my vent cleanings in the future.

Alex was nice and professional. His assistant also was polite and professional. We have a unique carpet on the stairs and upstairs and they were careful. They laid down a clean red carpet over the majority of the area. I followed them from vent to vent with a vacuum and they were really nice about it. They had tape to cover the vents as they blew them out to minimiZe the dust. They had corner guards so the vacuum tube didn't scratch the corners. They even wrapped the metal part of the air tube with tape so it wouldn't scratch the floors. Both of them wore shoe covers and took them on/ off when leaving the attic and basement. We don't wear shoes in the house so I'm a nut about dirt/dust. The only thing i would have done differently is asked them to tape over a duct in the basement over some toys - they were in a different room and couldn't see the dust. Overall the service was above my expectations.

I called Pro Duct Air Care to clean what seemed to be a badly clogged dryer vent. When they arrived they surveyed the condition of my dryer vent installation and were quick to explain how it was improperly installed and they could not clean it. They spent some time investigating the vent, and explaining how it should be corrected. It was very useful information, and since they did not actually do any cleaning, they did not charge me, in spite of having come all the way from Long Island. I will definitely call them again when the vent is fixed and needs cleaning again.

There were some scheduling issues with my appointment for reasons beyond their control but they immediately promised to reimburse the money I had already paid through Angie's list special deal and so performed the service for free. When they arrived they were very courteous and professional and explained exactly what the process involved and also made some suggestions for improvements we could make to the system so that it would vent better. Despite the scheduling issues I would use them again and recommend them.

They put 3 holes in the duct to properly clean the vent. Then, they put a removable cap in each hole. Next time they can just remove the caps and do the cleaning. Good idea that no other cleaning company had done before.

Unlike other dryer duct cleaners we've used, they don't vacuum inside the dryer, behind
the lint screen. Fires can start here.
They did do a fast job snake vacuuming the exterior vent.
In fact, it seemed too fast, I was concerned. They said this is a new, faster
vacuuming system. I checked around, and some professionals think this system does
not do a thorough job.
To his credit, their service rep responded promptly.
He is convinced that the job was done right, and offered to send the crew back
to show me that the external ducts are clean.
But I still feel uneasy that the ducts within the dryer remain uncleaned, and that they
were not up front about this before we hired them.
So we have to pay yet again, to have another duct cleaner vacuum out the lint from
the dryer interior.

Cleaned out my air ducts for my AC system. Replaced my filter in the

They cleaned the vent and added a piece to the dryer so that the vent would work properly. I tried to use my dryer the weekend after the repair was done. The clothes didn't get dry. We called a repairman to fix the dryer and we were told that the ProDuct guys used a hose that was too long for the back of the dryer. We were also told that the air from the dryer was not blowing hot or strong outside of the house. We were told that the guys who clean the dryer duct should have known that there was something wrong. I'm disappointed that I wasted money on buying this product. I should have tested the dryer right away but I don't wash until the weekend. Next time I will check the work right away but I will not be getting by ducts cleaned by this company. They also didn't give a receipt for the completed work.

Upon arrival it was snowing, the crew quickly setup a drop cloth in the area they had to work. They were patient and informative about their task. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Had a small scheduling issue, but it was quickly resolved and I was compensated for my troubles.
