Maid Brigade of Long Island

Fine -- third time I have used them and each time satisfied.

I called made made an appt for them to come and clean.
They were on time and left when they said they would leave.
Maid brigade charges by the hour .

easy company to deal with, they show up when expected and do the job well.

Not good they never called back.

They are very prompt and are usually done within an hour.  There are always two ladies, with each taking a floor to clean.

Setting up the visit was a breeze. The owner asked me a few questions about the size of our home, the number of levels, bedrooms, and bathrooms and gave a fairly accurate estimate of the time and cost involved in cleaning our entire home. We had had no power for two weeks as a result of Hurricane Sandy and Nor'easter Athena, so our home had not been cleaned in two weeks and was bedly in need of a thorough job. 
On the day before the scheduled cleaning we received a phone call confirming the visit and providing us with a time to expect the cleaners. Two women arrived on time, professionally attired and ready to start work. 
I could not believe the thoroughness with which the two women worked. They moved furniture to reach dusty baseboards. They vacuumed under the reclining love seat.in our TV room. After four hours of non-stop work the house was immaculate. The even cleaned the stove top on our kitchen range so that it looked new.
We have used other cleaning services and discontinued them because the workers were too busy complaining about the owners of the franchise than they did cleaning.
Members of our family suffer from asthma and COPD and we were concerned about the safety of cleaning products that would be used. As advertised, the workers used only odor free Green Certified products, which were not only odor free, but did a great job of cleaning.

I  also own a cat. The cat hair didn't seem to be a problem at all. Overall good experience

They do a great job and are very friendly.  My only complaint is that many of the girls don't speak English which can make giving instructions rather difficult.

Two women arrived exactly on time.

I feel the company should have sent them earlier because this was the first time and I had to show them around before they actually started cleaning.

As I stated previously only one of the two women was working hard, the other might as well not have come.

I feel I that the work should have been completed or at least near completion within the time alloted which was one and one half hours.

However the work was not finished even though I payed 50.00 for an extra HALF HOUR

The work performed was unsatisfactory  and I would never use this service again.

They did not even call back after I left a message telling them of my dissatisfaction.

The workers have been wonderful and I trust them. I have always been pleased with their service. I have been using their services for six years and I've only had one issue and they sent a group back to fix it. Their prices are reasonable and they are bonded and insured. I will continue to use them in the future.
