Description of Work: Burner went off at 10am called for service still waiting for repair person it is now 7:30pm. Temp in house is 58 degrees & 27 outside. Totally unacceptable

Description of Work: whenever I call they are quick to answer phones. If they say they will be at my house within an hour - I can be sure it will be less than 59 minutes. They are terrific!!! Would never change. I don't mind paying a bit more. You know the old saying, "you get what you pay for" and they give excellent service. Keep up the good work Burke.

Description of Work: Needed to have my 3 ton home AC system charged. The service tech found the leaky joint right away. He repaired the leak, pressure tested the system at 500 psi, then filled the system with Freon. Was good to go in about an hour and a half. The only complaint was that they gave me a time window of 8am to 12 pm and they showed up at 12:35 pm.

Description of Work: Installed new boiler. I had a problem with a leak in the oil filter line, I gave them a call they sent someone right away. Few day's later filter line was still leaking so I made another call and requested the person who originally did the instal (Jared). He showed up next day and so far no problems.
