Description of Work: We have had a number of emergencies over the years due to a bad installation of our oil line. Burke came out on the coldest nights at all hours, 1AM, midnight etc. and their technicians worked tirelessly in the cold to get me up and running. In the end they diagnosed and repaired the issues and I have been trouble free since.

Description of Work: Have used this Co. since 1967 and have always been satisfied. Their price is not the cheapest for oil but knowing they will be here in really bad weather when I have a problem makes up for that.

Description of Work: We abandoned an in the ground oil tank and had a tank installed in our basement. We have a heating contract and auto delivery of our oil. This company is 100% professional and every exchange with customer service has been exemplary. We don't mind paying a bit more for their excellent service.

Description of Work: They set up an account for 2 properties and did an emergency delivery on the same day of my call. Technicians were there when they said they would be and even called my cell 15 minutes before arriving. The office staff was so professional....it was refreshing!

Description of Work: After 26 years of purcasing oil and maintenance contracts, when I asked for an estimate to replace the home furnace, their bid was 2,500.00 higher than what I eventually spent. I asked for special consideration as a loyal customer but was given a standard offering with inflexible terms. When I discontinued the relationship they appeared not to answer e-mails I iniiated and sent on their web-site. So much for their responsiveness and their slogan which invites you to be part of their family. They are not locally owned but owned by a larger firm on Long Island. They were once a quality firm, but their actions clearly indicated they did not want my business. What a major disappointment !
