Great prices with no haggling. Beat internet price on all items. Our salesman Bill was very helpful and took time to explain differences in models. He also helped us to select models based on our usage. Great Staff, great value, great prices. Based on this experience would use again, and recommend to others.

I purchased all three major kitchen appliances from Berger after hearing
such good things about them.  Just over a year into owning them, milk
spilled in to dirty the inner glass of the Range.  The manufacturer
(maytag) had no instructions on how to open and close or clean it, and
the customer service would not help.  I thought Bergers would help, but
they told me to call someone and pay them to put the glass in.  They
also refused to take a simple photo of the model for me, and when iI
called to see if tthey still had our model in stock so I could go see it
myself, they said someone would call me back - they never did.  The
customer service is non existent.  We will not buy future appliances
from Berger.  Home depot is more helpful.

First let me say that I have been purchasing my appliances at Berger Appliance for the past 32 years. I have never had a bad experience with them whether purchase related or service related. My salesman was very knowledgable and helped me a great deal in choosing just the right appliances for my needs as well as my budget. I wasn't sure of the correct size refrigerator and my salesman looked up the one I was replacing (which I had purchased from them) in their customer records and quickly solved the problem for me. I was also told that due to NYS law, a licensed plumber would have to install my gas range. Berger's offered to contract a plumber for me. When I researched the cost with a plumber that I have used in the past verses Berger's plumber, BERGER's plumber was less expensive and did a great job. (I will definitely use him for my future plumbing needs) My delivery arrived three days after I placed my order. The morning of the delivery date, I called the store to inquire about the time of the delivery and was given a reasonable time frame window. Two gentlemen and the plumber arrived within minutes of each other and within the stated time frame. They removed the old appliances and installed all of the new appliances in record time and answered all of my questions in a professional and courteous manner. They also delivered the new appliances and took away the old appliances free of charge.
I have always been very happy with the products, the prices and the service that I have received from Berger Appliances.
Two years ago, I purchased an air conditioner at a and quot;big box storeand quot; thinking I had gotten a great deal..............BIG MISTAKE! This summer without hesitation, I will go to Berger Appliances to replace it. (Lesson learned).

Service was excellent. The salesman was very knowledgeable and price was very competitive. Installation cost was reasonable and delivery and installation was done in a few days. The installer was prompt (and pleasant), skilled and very efficient and the deinstallation of the old over-the-range microwave and installation of the new one in its place was very smooth and trouble-free. Installer also took away the old microwave and all packaging.

While the prices were good. The service I received after was horrible. I had an issue with my new refrigerator and called the store. They told me to come by and they would provide me with a new filter. They were adamant that the filter I was given was the right one, despite the fact that I explained it wouldn't fit. It turned out I was correct and the filter was not the one I needed. I called and spoke the owner to make him aware of my experience and he really didn't seem to care. He told me that I should come back ( 15 miles out of my way) and they would give me the right one. I asked if they could mail it and was then told that the next time they were in my area, they would drop off a filter at my house. In addition when they delivered my gas stove, I was never told that I needed a plumber to install. That was never ever mentioned by my salesman. Extremely frustrating experience. I will not recommend them to my friends and family.

everything went well. installers were prompt, courteous and efficient. they changed the door hinge during the installation, and positioned all shelves and accessories.

Jimi Jr was very attentive; and knowledgable about products. Won't rush the buyer into anything, very competitive pricing even with online shopping. Personal close to home feeling for designer appliances at on line almost wholesale pricing.
Fast and free delivery, unlike the big box stores, where you only get free delivery.

Excellent service. I bought all my electronics from here for a few years now. They have their own staff of installation people. Their prices are competitive. Most appliance sales today come without installation. With Berger they have their own installation people, it's a great bonus.

This is a great resource for people in this area wanting to buy appliances. They are so easy to deal with and they are family owned and operated. I like using them because they have history behind them too. They have built a solid reputation for themselves in this area and they have been around the block. They could not be a better place and I think very well of the entire operation they have going on over there.

Very well; Larry in sales was honest and very professional; I did a lot of shopping around and his prices were the same as another place (lower than some of the big chains), but they have free delivery, free haul-away and free installation; Robert and Michael, who installed the machines were great--on time, friendly and very professional. I would use Berger again for other purchases and installation (I suppose appliance repair as well).

IT WAS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT HE DID. HE ALSO NEGLECTED TO CHECK OUT ANOTHER POTENTIAL PROBLEM. HE REALLY WASN'T WORKING WITH ME. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE MAYTAG MACHINE WHERE IT KEPT WATER INSIDE OF IT. HE TOLD ME IT WAS OIL FOR LUBRICATION.

IT WAS GOOD. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. HE TOLD US HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST BEFORE HE DID THE WORK. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE, BECAUSE THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE ON TIME.

THEY WERE VERY TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL WORKERS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND INFORMATIVE TO HELP US MAKE SURE THAT THE FREEZER WOULD WORK AT ITS BEST. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CLEARLY.
