Todd listens to my clients needs and wants and designs exactly what their looking for . I have been working with Todd and his group for way over 20 years. His pricing is very fair. If you haven't called Todd's group you are missing out.

Plans were deficient and design was defective. Architectural services contracted for were not provided. Oversight of the contractor was not provided. Serious and devastating construction problems were not addressed. The application filed to the Town of Oyster Bay building department was not properly completed and documents were not properly executed. Proper oversight of the construction contractor was not provided.
