I used this service several times the past few years and was very pleased. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Eclipse has been a disaster. I first contacted Eddie Barbosa about 10 to 14 days ago to make an appointment to have my gutters cleaned (and I was also planning to have him do some carpet cleaning, though I never got to discuss that with him). He made 2 appointments with me, but never showed up, nor did he bother to call me to notify he would not be there. In fact, he failed to return numerous phone calls I made to him. He also assured me he was scheduling me for Friday, May 10th, but never gave me a time, nor did he ever return my calls to confirm the appointment and failed to show up for a 3rd time. When I finally got him on the phone yesterday, he was not able to talk and assured me he would call me shortly. Needless to say, he never called me back! Given how responsive and capable this service provider has been in the past, I have no idea what has been going on with this provider the last 10 days to 2 weeks, but he has been incredibly rude and unresponsive.

They arrived at the agreed upon time, looked at the rooms to be done, set up, protected any areas their cleaning hoses would touch such as corners of walls, and promptly went to work. The cleaned quickly and did a superb job. All furniture feet were protected while carpet wet. Also, the cleaning materials were virtually odorless which was important to us. Definitely will call them again.

A team of two men came right on time, cleaned the whole carpet with steam and non-toxic soap and left within 30 minutes leaving my carpet clean and fresh. It dried up within 3 hours. The whole procedure was so easy that I think I will use them every month (my carpet needs it because I have two older dogs))))

They sent me a price, which I agreed to. Someone called while I was driving my car to set up an appointment, so I asked him to call me again in one hour. That was almost three weeks ago. I have written twice and never heard from them again. Must assume they do not want my business!

Eclipse did a wonderful job on the carpet cleaning, I've gotten compliments on it. The power washing of the deck was exceptional. Unfortunately I had not had it done since it was built and was concerned about it's appearance and how it would turn out. It looked brand new when they finished. This is a company that takes their time to do a good job. It's the third time I've had them clean my carpets and I will use them again.

I have recommended this company in the past few years and I continue to use and recommend this company. I have used them for gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning and power washing my house. The carpet cleaning equipment they use and the results they have achieved for me in the past have been truly outstanding. Matter of fact, they just finished doing my gutters and I I booked them to come back in 2 weeks to power wash my house and do several rooms of carpeting again. The price below was only for the gutters. The company's prices are very reasonable, especially considering the outstanding job they do in all respects! And you can often find a 10% off coupon on Angie's list for them.

It went very well! Eddie answered my call promptly He showed up on time. He was polite and very clean. In addition, he took our oriental rug away to be cleaned and did a really good job. I would definitely call on him again.

They are excellent. They have done work for us many times over the past three years. I will definitely continue to use him. In the past he has also power-washed our house and fences, and done a great job.

They came in and cleaned the gutters without me being home. I just found the leafs and clogged gutter stuff in a bag by the driveway for the garbage pickup. They removed the metal screen guards, cleaned the clogged gutters (9 years without cleaning), and replaced the screens! Awesome job! Will definitely hire them again and again!
