Eclipse Cleaning

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They showed me the dirty water. The two gentlemen were very nice and they came on time. It took under an hour, which was shorter than another company I used. I asked about them cleaning the sofa and they said it would be around $100 so they gave me that quote. The carpet looked cleaner from a different company I would recommend them. The price was good enough. I would give them another try if the price is right.

Everything went well except for the fact that 1-2 days later, the spots in the carpet came back.

On time, courteous, efficient, clean and the carpets all looks great. Cannot ask for anything else..Although one of our carpets was relatively new, we had a spot. Eclipse was willing to do a spot clean without a charge so I could get another area rug cleaned.

Eddie is very personable. He explained everything he was going to do and the environment friendly products he would use. He did the carpets in 3 bedrooms and the stairs and hallway plus 2 area rugs. They look amazing. He got out dirt and stains and left the house smelling clean. I gave Eddie a 5 in punctuality. He was delayed due to a traffic accident, but called to explain and got here as soon as he could. I would definitely use his services again.

Eclipse was wonderful to work with. They were punctual, polite and professional and did a great job. I will be using them 2x a year to clean gutters.

They did an ok job nothing special - there was still minor debris in the gutters such as dirt, old nails, etc after they left.

Eclipse picked up a gutter cleaning coupon I purchased from a firm that could not honor the offer. I dealt with them very little. They called me promptly, we made an appointment for the same week and before I knew it my gutters were cleaning and there was a paid invoice in my mailbox. The transaction was fast and simple, just like it should have been. I will definitely use them again for other services.

Punctual....he came early! He knew I was having a party but he rearranged his schedule to make sure I got the deck cleaned before the people came. The deck looks brand new. I asked if he could possibly do the cloth chairs on the deck. He said yes and now they look brand-new also. Not only is he punctual he is a really nice person and takes a great deal of pride in his work. We've come to the conclusion that it does not pay to work with these big box companies it's better to work with a small company with a really care about satisfying you!

this is a great company! i have not ONE negative thing to say. price was great, they were exceptionally professional, quick, and thorough. my carpets look amazing - they even managed to get out stains that other companies couldn't. i'm very impressed and will definitely be calling them for my next carpet cleaning!

Appreciated that service provider called to say that they were slightly delayed in traffic. They arrived about 15 minutes later. The owner introduced himself, he was very pleasant, professional and informative. He looked over the areas to be cleaned, and we discussed what would be done to try and remove any stains. The work was well done, in a reasonable amount of time, and a paper liner was placed on high traffic areas to be removed when carpet was dry. I would definitely use Eclipse Cleaning again and recommend them to others.

I checked Angie's list and found a deal. My former carpet cleaner had not done a good job the last time I hired his services. So when I bought the deal Eddie called me from Eclipse. We set a date for the rug cleaning. H ecalled prior to being at the house on the appropriate date. He was friendly, informative and enthusiastic about his company. The guys did an excellent job of cleaning the rug and Eddie explained the former treatment of the carpet was not properly done. I will definitely tell my friends about his company.

Perfect in every way! They came on time, performed an outstanding job, clean,professional and removed stains That we thought would never come out. We used a national steam cleaning company before and all the Stains they cleaned came back,in fact they were part of the problem they never fully extracted the water which resulted in new problems. Eclipse did a fantastic job in every room, they moved the furniture to clean then Replaced the furniture and put plastic under every leg of furniture so no metal legs would Leave rust marks (the steam company never did that and we had rust marks. We would highly recommend Eclipse!!!!Their prices are competitive, the workers professional and polite. A+++

Eddie was great. When he realized he had hit traffic on his way to our house he called and told us he would be 10 m inutes late. He and his associate came in, did a tremendous and a very reasonable price. He was courteous, hard-working and got the job done on time. They cleaned up afterwards. They were just terrific. I recommend them without reservation.

The arrival was timely. The owner and his assistant were professional, courteous and very friendly and did such an excellent job. After they were all done, the owner showed me (with a demonstration) what to use for a specific stain so that we didn't need to have a professional come every time wine was spilled. When they left, the areas where they were working were spotless and all the furniture that was moved was put back in its place. The quality of the cleaning was amazing. They really take pride in their cleaning and spend as much time as needed to make it perfect.

165 The crew arrived a bit later than scheduled (due to a tire that exploded) but they called and explained. They worked fast and efficiently and explained each step as they proceeded. The result was fantastic. We will use Eclipse again.

Eclipse Cleaning showed up on time and moved all the furniture in three rooms. They thoroughly cleaned the white carpet in all three rooms. They were courteous and helpful. I bought this as a gift for my mother since our whole family stayed at her apartment after the storm Sandy but after hearing how happy my mother was with Eclipse, I will be scheduling a cleaning at my house.

First contacted Eclipse back in December 2012 to clean a 4X5 area rug that was old, expensive and quite dirty. My call was returned within 24 hours and they came they saw and they conquered. To be quite honest I should have written a review then, but it was Christmas and I just lost track. However, they had done such a spectacular job that when I discovered that my 4 legged little children had gotten loose and did a number of 'peeps' on my 'white' living room and dining room carpet I immediately called Eclipse. Eddie Barbosa came, gave me an estimate and explained exactly what they would do and what the results would look like. Well, he just left and absolutely surpassed all of my expectations. Not only is he the nicest, and most courteous person that you could ever have the pleasure of meeting but he delivered what he promised. My 12 year old carpet is literally brand new and I am truly impressed. I am now looking forward to my next project of power washing in May.

Great experience! They arrived right on time and did a great job. The previous owners of our house had left pet stains in several rooms and I had had no luck getting them out with my little spot cleaning machine. Eddie was honest about how difficult it would be to remove stains that had been there for months, possibly years. I was amazed at the improvement, he saved me from needing to completely replace the carpet!
