We have a century-old house with many, many windows. It took a crew of two a whole day to clean all of the first two floors--inside, outside, storms, and screens, work we'd never have managed to do ourselves, and certainly not all at once. The windows look great, and though it seemed like a lot to pay, the price was well in line with other work we'd had done and with other estimates. We'll definitely use them again.

We have had a lot of rain so I am certain he was very busy. He told me he would be here on the 10th but didn't give a window of time. I waited all day and he did appear at 5:20 in the evening. He cleaned my gutters, took down birds nests, added screening to the ends and even repaired the clamp on my downspout. I will use him again next year.

It would have been better had they taken the bags of gutter debris with them instead of leaving 5 heavy half/filled bags next to my garage. Amherst will not accept black plastic bags with yard debris so it was extra work for me to transfer it to bags that Amherst will accept.

i thought he was basically reasonable price-wise. he scheduled me quickly w/ little notice, showed up on time and did a good job. i will ask him to come back next yr.
