DEE GEE WINDOWS & SIDING INC

Very poor. They demand 1/3 payment up front and then promised a three week date for installation. It took almost THREE MONTHS to get the windows installed. Kept blaming the salesman who no longer worked there. The owner is a very fast talker and you can't get a word in. I asked for a refund and he said it was legally binding contract and he wouldn't cancel order. BBB rating has dozens of complaints since I had these windows installed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dee Gee did a decent job installing our new door, but their lack of preparedness was unacceptable. They arrived without the trim work and proper supplies, and were constantly sending someone to retrieve yet another forgotten item. The process really became a joke.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Dee Gee Windows. It took more than a month to get them to start the work. Once they started they did a very bad job, and were extremely slow. The crew lacked hygiene, and I would never use them again.

I contracted Dee Gee Windows to do the window in May. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to take someone to measure. They came out and the window was not the right size, so they had to custom make another one. It was October before it was installed.
