Tim is very, very professional. His work is excellent and treats your home as though it was his. He is well experienced in painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and quite knowledgeable in home construction and maintenance and we use his services frequently.

I noticed that the ignition wire for the boiler was cracked and shorting out,not lighting the boiler.Tim was referd by a friend and came right away.He replaced the wire but within 1 month it also cracked.He retuned immediatley and replaced the wire again (no charge).This wire also crackedafter approx.1 month later. He concluded that the fire box was too hot and that the best solution was to convert it to a standing pilot. Tim did this within a couple of days and it has worked great ever since.The boiler was also thourghly cleaned by Tim.I think he probably gave the boiler another 5-10 Yrs. of life.

I would recommend Kavanagh to anybody who needs heating or air conditioning service. I felt that everything was fair and reasonable. I also felt that the price was very reasonable.
