Norm does a fantastic job and is very informative. He cares about his customers and is meticulous in his work. We had a tv mounted, power boxes, and outlets installed and he even moved my thermostat over which was not included in the mounting process! His work thoroughly impressed me, was very neat and tidy and I am beyond happy with the finished product! He has a customer for life in me.

He went over and neon. One thing we had him do was set up a antenna, we knew from the start where we live it may not work as well as we wanted. He could not get 2-4-7, but did get 32 channels . He worked on it for hours.

We actually had security cameras installed at both of our houses about a month ago. We wrote a review back then ... so this is a follow up to that review. Now that we've had the system for about a month, we want you all to know that we continue to be very happy with this product and the work done by Norm. These cameras have provided us an extra sense of safety beyond our original reason for installing them. During storms, we can easily see what damage (if any) was done around our yard. We can look to see who is at the door before we answer it. We can look at the 3 gates in the dog kennel, to be sure they are closed before we let the dogs outside. We can see the beautiful mums blooming on the side of the house, that previously we could only enjoy if we walked outside and walked to that side of the house. And while I'm away at work, I find extra comfort in being able to look at the home cameras, and be comforted that everything is "ok". When I've shown other people this system, they remark at the clarity of the cameras. You really won't be disappointed with this product or this company ... at least our family isn't.
