Albert Group helped transform our backyard from ordinary to luxury. His crew does beautiful work . We had an idea of what we wanted but once Jamie showed us the computer rendering we were able to make adjustments and changes before the work started. His creative solutions helped us both in design and maintaining our budget. Jaime was always available to us for any questions we had during and after the installment of our pool and patio. Clearly, he puts his customers' satisfaction first.

Everything seemed to go well in the beginning. We discussed the plans and the layout of the pool. The first problem occurred when their was a delay in getting the pool shell. Then when it was delivered, it took another 2 weeks before digging for the pool started. The shell was left on our lawn and killed the grass beneath away from where the pool was supposed to be.
When  the digging began, I came home from work and saw that the pool was ~6 feet off where it should have been! But since the hole was already there, I didn't make a big deal about it. While installing the pool, there was heavy equipment just left on our beautiful lawn (more on that later.) There were other problems also. I would say about 1/3 of the time I tried to contact Jaime to check the progress of things, especially when no one showed up for a day or two, I couldn't reach him. He might return my call the next day. This went on mostly I suspect because he was trying to get new work and would be unavailable for current customers. My wife was very upset about the appearance of the concrete border and he sent in his workers to literally patch the bad areas which actually seemed to make thing worse because of the color contrast. After the pool was filled, the dirt pile from the hole was spread around the pool. I told Jaime that it was very important to me that the grass used to restore our lawn was of similar grade and quality as our current grass. He obviously ignored this, because put in the cheapest rapid growth grass he could find and there is an obvious contrast between the "grass" around the pool and our lawn.
To this day, although we kept asking for the warranties, and owners manuals for all the pool related equipment we purchased he has failed to deliver them! When we kept calling him, he refused to return our calls. We had thoughts of legal action, but decide this would be more trouble than it was worth. An experience that started well quickly went downhill. We have been asked by several people who installed our pool and we have advised them to go elsewhere. If you decide to go with Albertson, please learn from our experience and 1) get ALL your warranties and manuals up front (you won't get them later!), 2) expect delays in performance, but don't expect any delay in Jaime showing up for your check, 3) he uses foreign laborers and they don't understand English all the time, so you have to have someone translate to get them to understand and lastly make sure you get EVERYTHING DONE BEFORE YOU GIVE HIM YOUR FINAL PAYMENT!!!

Jamie Albert was very good about responding to my calls and promptly set up an appointment to take a look at our yard. While I thought it might be a tad expensive for a spring clean up, they did an excellent job. His men showed up and cleaned up the whole yard in half a day. I would definitely use them again.

We wanted to have it done before the graduation party and they were very accommodating in getting it done in the time we wanted it done. They came and had it done in 3 days. They worked all day. They didn't charge us extra for the mulch. There were bushes we thought they didn't clip right and would die so they came back and took care of it.

I was very pleased with the service these men provided. The walls look perfect and nicely cover the front of my home. They came on time and were very professional in their manner. I would easily recommend them to others for any type of contracting job and will use them again when I need them.
