Rob from Goldens Bridge Plumbing makes you believe in “professionals” again. Two days ago I discovered that my hot water tank was leaking rusty water and overall was in a terrible condition and needed to be replaced instantly. A day later all was taken care of - it took Rob exactly 2 hours (as estimated) - very competent plumber - 1st class customer service, I absolutely can recommend him and his team.

Rob responded to my Home Advisor request within minutes of my posting it at 7:30 am. He was very sympathetic to the fact that my family and I had been without hot water for almost 72 hrs and offered to do the repair later that day at 5pm! He showed up on time, replaced both elements of our electric water heater and we were up and running in 2 hrs. Rob patiently answered all of my questions and made some recommendations my husband and I are currently taking under consideration. I highly recommend Goldenâ s Bridge Plumbing & Heating.

We realized our hot water heater was leaking on a Friday morning, went on Home Advisor immediately and found Golden s Bridge Plumbing, they called within minutes of obtaining our info and were at our house the next day (a Saturday, no less) by 1:00 installing our new water heater! They are terrific! One minor issue - our old water heater was an 80 gallon, cement-lined commercial water heater and it was too heavy for them to remove it from our basement (although they gave it a valiant effort) and promptly gave us the name of a place that could remove it AND deducted $100 off the price! Could not be more pleased!

I had two days before a party for 50. My water heater had died in the pool house. There would be nothing but cold shower. They came, apprised the situation, ordered the correct size heater and installed it in one day. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Hi, Found this company with Homeadvisor and they did an excellent job repairing my water heater on a saturday. They had the proper piece to repair, went to the store to buy some bleach and gave me appropriate advice. They also fixed a leak on a toilet and will come back again tomorrow to change my water pressure. Also, love the fact that I could pay by credit card. Will continue using their services.

Awesome job. Water heater broke right before a trip, they worked around our schedual and got the job done ASAP! New heater installed the very next day! Very happy with their work.

Rob priced different options for us to replace our old water heater and filter. It was not an emergency so he helped us figure out the best replacement water heater. He came quickly and finished the job in less than a few hours. We will definitely use him again!

We had a small leak in a water heater. We called and they responded quickly. We knew what kind of heater we wanted and they procured it at a reasonable price. Came on time, got the job done quickly and cleanly. Can't ask for more.

Rob managed to take on the job last minute as an urgent water heater replacement on a Saturday. It was not easy to find a same day repair/replacement. He was on another site and managed to order what he needed before noon, showed up early afternoon and was done in a couple hours. Amazing quick. Under the circumstance I could not shop around but the price was in a range with what I had been hearing. He also made some suggestions for our boiler, no pressure added, to point out what the Oil service guys fail to maintain. He was fair and honest. Recommend.
