My services at First Niagra Bank in Glenville are free. We have a package deal there. I don't pay for any services, unless I have a bank deposit box there. I've been using them for 12 or 13 years. They're very responsive. If you need something, they're right there. They're not overbearing. I've had no trouble with their personal branch level service or their online service. I've opened several accounts there. They've very helpful. We also moved a number of accounts up from Florida when my father in law passed away. We were able to do that without any difficulty.
