I BELIEVE WE BOUGHT THE WOOD STOVE FROM THEM AND WE'VE HAD THEM CLEAN IT SINCE WE'VE HAD IT WHICH HAS BEEN ABOUT TEN YEARS. THE MAN THAT WAS HERE WAS REALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE ME INFORMATION ABOUT HOW THE SEALING CAME UNDONE, AND HOW TO BURN THE WOOD. THEY WERE REALLY, REALLY THOROUGH, MY FIREPLACE IS REALLY, REALLY CLEAN.

THEY DO GOOD WORK. I BELIEVE EVERYTHING THEY DO IS GUARANTEED. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY ARE NEAT AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. I THINK THEIR PRICE IS MARGINALLY HIGH BUT I LIKE TO SUPPORT LOCAL COMPANIES.

IT'S BEEN VERY FAVORABLE, THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT PRICE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES AROUND WHO DOES THIS TYPE OF WORK WITH GAS STOVES. OVERALL IT WAS FAVORABLE AND I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN.

IT HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH GREAT RESPECT AND COURTESY. WE HAVE DEALT WITH THEM SINCE WE MOVED HERE IN 2000 AND HAVE HAD THEM BACK EVERY YEAR. THEY CAME OUT AND IMMEDIATELY MADE SURE THAT THE SOOT WOULDN'T GET ON ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE. THEY USED THEIR OWN FABRIC COVERS. THEY CLEANED ALL THE PIPES AND THE CHIMNEY VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DID A COMPLETE EXAMINATION OF EACH CHIMNEY.

THEY WERE ALRIGHT. THEY CAME IN AND DID THEIR THING AND LEFT. I THINK IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT THEY WERE HERE. THEY WERE ONLY HERE ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES. I WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR THEM TO KIND OF LOOK AROUND AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS OKAY.

THE PEOPLE WHO CAME DIDN'T REALLY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND THE SEALING ON THE BRICKS SEEMED TO MAKE IT WORSE. THEY DIDN'T FIX IT BY SEALING THE BRICKS, WE FINALLY HAD TO HAVE THE CHIMNEY REBUILT. WE WOULD HAVE THEM BACK BUT JUST FOR THE CHIMNEY CLEANING.

IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CALL AND FOLLOW UP AFTER THE JOB IS DONE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING'S WORKING ALRIGHT. I WASN'T PLANNING ON SPENDING THAT MUCH MONEY AND THEN THEY EXPLAINED THE EFFICIENCY OF THE STOVE AND SO THEN I WENT FOR IT.
