I was told it was too early in the year to schedule and they would reach out in a few weeks. It's just a thing I don't feel I should have to do after already having my card charged.

Sadly, never calls back. It seems he took my money and ran.

It was a big job that was done well. And, the workers cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic communication.

They did good work the first time I hired them. When I contacted them after purchasing the deal, they said the deal was not applicable for me. They should have identified in the deal that it was for first time customers only. They said they would do the work for around the cost of $280 and were willing to work with me. They were willing to lower to cost, but not to the rate of the Big Deal since I was not a first time customer.

Emailed vendor a few times to schedule job. Called them to get someone on phone, but they were very busy, (it was before Thanksgiving). They told me they would call me back to see about doing job, but they never called me back. I called them back and left a message, but never got a call back.

After original review, I was contacted by Dave who was very apologetic and explained to me that the original contact person (Andy) never showed up for appointment due to an emergency. I understand these things can happen and met with Dave for an estimate. I explained to him that I wanted the living room/foyer painted and crown molding added to the rooms. I also had water damage in the bedroom ceiling and two window sills. Since my apartment is a co-op, the management company is responsible for the repairs due to the water damage. Dave gave me 2 estimates, one for the work that the management company would be paying for and one for the work I would pay for. Due to work that still needed to be done on the outside of the building, I had to wait over a month to start any work on the inside. Dave was very patient and dealt with the paperwork that the management company required. When the work was finally able to start, 2 young men came to start the work (15 minutes early!). One returned on the second day to finish up. The workers were very professional, moved all furniture and cleaned up when finished. I am pleased with the outcome.

Too difficult to have contractor commit to a date to do repair and painting. Said he would get back to me after a couple of contacts, but after 11/09/2013 never heard from him again. Please refund my money, so I can start over.

They gave me two guys for 4 hours of work. They were very professional and covered the floors very well. No paint spatter on wood floor. Coat was applied with precision.

I was very smooth. They showed exactly when expected and it took them even less time than they said it would.

everything went very well, i did find a problem when the painters left and contacted jason as soon as i noticed. jason responded fairly quickly and said he would get back to me as soon as he spoke to his men, that was over a week ago. even though this was a holiday this weekend, i should have heard from him a week ago. they did do what i contracted for and for the price we set. i don't think i would use again because he didn't get back to me after the job.

Crew came punctually every day. Did exemplary job performance and I am completely satisfied with the quality of work.

Showed up on time. A crew of two took 6 days to paint the outside of my home. They were very nice guys and they accommodated all my minor requests. I could not watch all the work so I don't know if I got two coats or primer where specified. They did do a nice neat job, cleaning up every day. John the supervisor did come around almost every day to keep an eye on things. The house looks nice and that is one bottom line. I guess I'll know how much paint was applied in time.

I had purchased a deal through Angie's list for 8 hours of work. Mike had come to make an estimate and was very professional and courteous. However, scheduling the visit was difficult as it took many days for anyone to get back to me. He gave me an estimate that did not reflect what we had discussed and it took over 2 weeks for me to get any clarification on the added costs. Communication with Mike was a huge problem, but things were eventually settled and the work was done. The crew that came were professional and efficient and did a good job.

Overall: Very good. Extremely fast work = completed all work in four days, including touch-ups. Very professional, courteous, prompt, efficient and comfortably priced. (Other three quotes received were either double or said it would take three weeks to complete this job.) Due to Precision Plus' large available workforce, they were available to start when I wanted to start and complete it with time to spare. A few minor negatives: This was a new home purchase, so now that we have lived in the home for the last four months, I have noticed a few drips of paint here and there (kitchen counter, basement carpet, bathroom toilet, bathroom floor), a few brush strokes that could have been a tad neater, a few drips of hardwood floor sealant here and there in places they shouldn't be (on the bathroom counter, on the toilet seat, on the washing machine (dripped through the floor to the basement below). And when the painting guys moved the refrigerator to paint behind it, it seemed to have caused a short in the circuit, causing me to hire an electrician to repair this. Also, the flooring guys removed the radiator covers in the bedrooms and forgot to replace one. When heating season started about a month ago, we noticed this same radiator's level balance was off and it seemed that the flooring guys had not properly replaced the pieces that balance the steam heater horizontally, and therefore was causing the radiator to pool water on one end. Simple fix by the heating/cooling repairman I hired to check things out. So... slight carelessness in the moving of furniture and the like. Would still hire them again for the services they provide and the price they offer.

I used Precision Painting once before, so when I moved I called to get an estimate on painting my condo in Moriches, NY. I had an appointment with John for a Thurs. night at 7. At 5:30 he called to say he was all the way in Nassau County and that it would take a while to get to me ( with traffic about 1 hr) and could we make it for Sat. morning around 9-9:30 which was fine. At 9:00 on Sat.morning he called to tell me that after talking to his partner,that they decided that I was too far because most of their jobs are in Nassau County and if there was a problem where they had to go to the job site it wouldn't be fair to the customer. I don't know why he couldn't call me the night before to tell me this. Then he proceeds to tell me that they value their returning customers at which time I told him I was a returning customer at which he said he didn't know! So now he's asking me how many rms I have so he could give me an estimate of the top of his head, which I said didn't matter because they didn't want to do the work! I have to say I was really annoyed when I got off the phone. I'm really glad that they have enough work so they can pick and choose where they want to work. If they don't want to do work on Eastern Long Island they should say it in their add. Will certainly not recommend them.

They did good work and the price was good. They were good. We had some painting done before but there weren't any repairs. However, we had some repairs done along with the painting this time and we felt the price was reasonable. We were satisfied with them. They bought what we wanted. The repairs that they did were good. I had all of them back for one little thing; so they came right back and did it. Their responsiveness was good because I started talking to them in July and I didn't get the work done until the fall. They are really in it for business but they waited for me. The guy came and I didn't get right back. I was looking around and then decided to do a floor. I kind of put him on hold but he didn't really give up on me and he stood by waiting until I was ready to do it. He responded right away, came and gave me the estimate. He e-mailed back and forth. He was very professional and easy to work with. It did take a little longer since he needed one more day but that had to do with the fact that the ceiling took longer. The workers were very professional and informative to my husband who was here during the day when they did it. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

We had contracted to have house pressure washed on March 12, 2013 hoping it would be done in the month of April. It was a bit difficult getting it scheduled but we waited patiently. We are pleased that we did because the house looks great. They arrived on time this morning, May 10, 2013 and worked until the job was completed. It took about 3 & 1/2 hours. The workmen were polite and listened to our concerns. We have already gotten compliments from our neighbors on how well it looks.

His quote was a fair price, Benjamin Moore paint was used according to the colors chosen - painters were clean and did a professional job. Alex was easy to work with, good understanding of the project - Good communication at all times. I would highly recommend Precision Paint Plus to anyone.

The guys were great. They scheduled an appt. for an estimate within a few days of my initial call. The guys were able to start working right away. They were always on time and professional. Precision was the only reasonable estimate I received. I was skeptical at first because of that, but they exceeded my expectations. Everything looks beautiful. I can't even believe it's the same house upstairs! It looks so great that I already had them come out again for an estimate for the downstairs.

Was able to schedule painting in about a week. Had purchased "deal" for 8 hours or 2 men for four. They arrived on time with paint I had chosen. Did their prep work and got to work. They were very pleasant, neat and did precision work. Very happy with end result. Would definitely hire again.
