Arnoldo's Tree Service

After I called to see they be here soon the tree service returned my call to inform me that the team was running late but would arrive soon. When all their equipment and manpower assembled, the team removed trash cans and items that would be in their way and neatly stacked them to the side. They took a look at the size of the tree and how close it was to the fence and dismantled the tree in short time. They did it without damaging anything and while moving with purpose. They were neat and left my yard in the same manicured condition they found it. They had to remove the gate to the back yard and replaced it so well if I did not see them remove it I would question if they had. I highly recommend them and would use them again. Robert M.

He was suppose to show up between 9-10am, my wife took off of work to be there. At 9:45am, my wife called the office and they said he was running late . At 11:15 am my wife called the office back and was told they would have to reschedule the appt. we will not be using him, if he can't even show up for the estimate, I do not trust him to do the work. So much for Angie's list ratings.

After some miscommunication, the work date was set. The guys arrived as scheduled and did the job. They were very professional and efficient and finished in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I'm very satisfied with their work and the price, which was half the other estimate I received. The work was done 2 weeks after Arnoldo came and gave the estimate.

Went very well. Arnoldo and his team arrived early in the morning as scheduled. Completely removed 3 trees including stump grinding as well as trimming of a few other trees, all within about 2 hours. All workers were polite and cooperative. The entire process was seamless and as expected based on the original quote and scope of the work. Cleanup was thorough. I was very pleased and recommend them highly.

We had a large 70-year old unhealthy apple tree removed from our backyard by Arnoldo and his team and were so happy with their professional and workmanlike manner. They were prompt, accomplished the job in a few hours and cleaned up very nicely. The stump was removed the next morning by Arnoldo's nephew, using a remote controlled robot-type machine in a matter of 25 minutes (including clean-up). Talk about high-tech machinery. I can't speak highly enough about Arnoldo and his entire crew! They gave me a prompt and very competitive price estimate and were able to schedule completion of the work on short notice. Arnoldo and his crew were very cooperative and sensitive to my neighbors concerns while removing the trees from our adjoining yards. They worked fast and professionally and it was quick to see that they really knew what they were doing! Also, they did a great job cleaning up the debris after completing the work.

Using Arnoldo's Tree Service was a pleasant experience. The company arrived on the time that was scheduled with a full crew and equipment. I discussed my desires with them prior to them starting anything. They appeared knowledgeable as far as how much to prune the tree without severely damaging the tree. Although they are not arborists nor pretend to be one they do have the trees health in mind. The tree was trimmed up nicely, looks good and no longer encroaches on my neighbor or hangs over my roof. I spoke to Mr. Molina and made all the arrangements. I was searching around for other quotes and this company gave me the best price. I also contacted Bartlett Tree Experts, Harder Services and they were way over priced. Bartlett even gave me a 2 week timeframe to remove the trees. Not Arnoldo tree service. They came 6/13/14 but due to storms we had to delay the tree removal. They arrived the next day. They were punctual and very professional. Melki (supervisor onsite) walked me step by step and explained what the tree removal would entail. They started at 8am and finished by 1pm. This is my very first time writing a review but this company is awesome. My neighbor even hired them for removal of their 2 trees and pruning. Everyone was very content with the service they provided. I can now enjoy the sunlight. I would recommend them to anyone. Fair prices, professional and timely. Thank you for the awesome work. I would definitely would rehire again...

I had used this service 2 months ago to have a tree cut down. I was satisfied with the work. I needed to have some trees pruned so I called and left a message on his cell phone on May 20. As of today (23rd) I still haven't heard back from him. I'm very disappointed. I was under the impression that he ran a dependable and reputable business but I guess I was wrong.

They came out and looked at it and told me that he would send me an estimate. He never did. I called the company and made another appointment for yesterday at 9 am. They didn't show up. I called the company back today and they told me they do not service my area. They had already come out to the house! Why wasn't Arnoldo honest with me the first time; instead of wasting my time.

I had called Arnoldo and met with him to get an estimate for the job. He was very professional and completely explained what his team would do. They called before they came and the entire job took under two hours. They took the tree down, as far as they could, to the soil (they did not grind the stump as my property could not accommodate the machinery needed to do that). The team worked well together and left my property very clean. I would definitely use them again.

I called Mr. A Molina for a quote on a tree .He came took a look at the tree gave me a price I agreed .Mr. Molina gave me a date he came with a crew of 5 men and the job was done ,they clean after them self and my neighbor"s yard as well . I highly recommend him to everyone I know.

It went very well. No problems. Got a much better price than another company I called for the same job.

Removed one large tree in back yard at a fair price. Left the area clean and neat. Crew was friendly.

Not too bad in terms of punctuality. Due to hot weather, it had to be postponed twice which was understandable. We had to call them to find out.

Mr Molinas crew cut the tree up into manageable sizes and and removed all the debris including the broken shed and playset.He was very professional and even swept and cleaned the area.He used a mechanical wood chipper to shred the small branches and loaded the the trunk into his truck for disposal. Mr Molina had provided service to my Mother-in-law, and other homes on the street that were also damaged by the hurricane.My wife brought him to my attention.I had never met him before

I called him, but he did not call back. So I called again the next day, he asked for all of my info. He did not have a pin, so then he came back and said he would come at 11am on June 20th. He never showed up, so I called at noon, and he said he forgot. He asked me how many names Angie's List referred me to, I said 3, and he said to put him at the bottom. He then said he would show up the 21st and he did not show up again.

He was wonderful. Price is very fair because I tried like five of them and I think he has the lowest. They were punctual. They were professional. They clean up after themselves and there are no complaints. For sure I will use them again.

I had the repair ($49) done & sent copy to Arnoldo for reimbursement.in mid April. After no reply I called on 5-13 & was told owner would be given my message. After no reply I called on 5-21 & no one answered so I left a message that I was very disappointed & if i wasn't paid by the end of the week I would take alternative action. I haven't heard anything & it is now 5/29/2013, almost two months after they damaged my shed.

They did not finish the job the first day they came and stated they would be back another day to finish the job. They then showed up unannounced and rushed the clean up. In the process of the job 2/3 of yard was destroyed and still debris was laying in the front and back yard. I feel they rushed through the clean up and did not properly take care of my lawn. They also did not compact the soil where the stumps were removed.

it went very well, I called him at night and he said that he would be there in the morning, for 9. am, and there he was on time, he gave me an estimate I told that I would get back to him when I did call him to do the work he gave a date that they would be available his guys were there on time ,they did a very nice job in cutting down the trees and cleaning up, I would recommend Arnoldo to anybody who has trees that needs to be cut or pruned, and will use them again

Both times I called and made an appt. stayed home from work and...both times, he was a no-show.

They did better than I expected and I have no complaints.
