Excellent work performed...water leak into bsmt..broken cement ...broken flute.

I have a plumbing company, and use him to sub out any chimney related work.

The worker arrived in the morning. They did inspection of the condition the chimney was. Once the inspection was done they told me what was needed to be done and everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. My chimney needed some repair, a cap and a sweep. They also combine the boiler and water pipe into one pipe going into the chimney. I was very satisfied with the work.

Mike Velez was very professional and responsive. I found his estimate of the work to be fair and in the ballpark of what my research showed was the estimated cost of the repairs needed. It was not an easy task. I highly recommend him for this service.

I spoke to Mike on 10/25, He came right by with Alan, took a look at the chimney & furnace and gave me a (very decent) quote right away. Mike and his colleagues are very personable and well spoken folks. I called Mike back in the evening and gave him the job. His folks - Alan and Liam came by 10/26 in the morning. Again, very professional and punctual. Liam explained the mechanics of the lining and how it works. He showed me what he had done. They patched up everything very well and cleaned up after themselves. I am completely satisfied with the service and very, very impressed by Mike and his company.

I called Mike on a Monday. When our schedules didn't work out for a meet up he gave me an estimate through Facetime and offered to start the work the very next day. 
Mike ordered a dumpster and it was delivered on time on Tuesday morning. The workers (3) arrived at my house on time and worked through some pretty harsh weather. They finished the project in one day (about 8 hours). 
The roof repair isn't the prettiest, but so far it has held up.
By nature chimney demo is a VERY messy job. The dust was everywhere in the house but to no fault of their own. The workers were careful not to damage the floors, walls, doors or windows around their debris path.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the service they provided and was very impressed with how quickly they were able to start work.

The company came in an PROFESSIONALLY did the job. My hats off to this company.....class act.
