"I have done work for [members name removed] parents never had an issue and they fully understood the scope of this project in question. I want to say first off that this was a very difficult application and that we were able to do this in the middle of one of the worst winters on record. The roof in this case is a second story flat roof complete with railings and windows that sit almost at roof level that has always leaked and in my opinion is really set up for failure, futhermore the door is also level with this rubber roof and the primary source of the leak. It is true we took awhile to come back and repair the "door leak" it was not the roof that had leaked and i spoke with [members name removed] parents they understood the challenge that we had. We have had rain periodically off and on for the last two months sometimes a pounding rain! no leaks. I understand the clients frustration, but it does not warrant these ratings. I have been in business for almost 29 years I have an A+ rating with the better business burea and many of the building inspecters in my area recommend my company why? because i have a conscience and i care about my customers and if [member name removed] should call me about a leak i will honor that committment despite the negative press she has given me. I have done literally thousands of roofs I'm well known in my area with a good reputation that i earned the old fasioned way! I have many times gone back to repair leaks that were not my fault it's called good will. I feel these comments were an insult and hope that in light of the negative rating i will be vindicated here.
