I guess it went well. Kind of hard to shop having a few kids so figured I'd give it a try. They gave me my order as I ordered it, just not so sure I want to spend the money all of the time for delivery, although if I were rich I definitely would

For the most part, it went well. They are occasionally out of items that the store has. I picked up my order in person once and it turns out that the groceries are packed at a warehouse, shipped to a store and then delivered. If they go to a store, why can't they check the store for any missing items?

SUPER convenient and the sale prices they honor from Stop and Shop make up for the delivery costs. They are not always on-
time and sometimes deliver AFTER my delivery window is scheduled, but it's never too far off. They have EXCELLENT customer service if something is not exactly as ordered and they don't give you a hard time when asking for a refund if something is not up to par (which isn't often.)
Well worth the cost!

As usual, they messed up. Delivered part of my order. Called to get the rest of my stuff. Sat on hold for over an hour only for the representative tell me the driver had my stuff and he was complaining about the street (the part of the street that is owned by the town) being slick. I offered to shovel my driveway if that was the problem, but he said it was the street when he was here, which is NOT my responsibility. So I guess he figured the appropriate response would be to leave with my stuff and punish me. How professional! This was the last straw. I don't think I've ever had a smooth delivery from them ever. Horrible and stay away!!!

I used them yesterday. My experience has been good. It was very good. You can order online. You put your delivery time online. They gave me a phone call once when they were running late.

They are prompt. They bring the food right into your home. They are friendly and knowledgable.
