Contacted on Saturday & by noon sunday the job was done. Fantastic guys, very professional, a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

Arnon gave us an estimate the day before that was honest and realistic about what could and could not be done. He was punctual and efficient. He arrived with 2 workers who were hard working and extremely accommodating. The end result was a flawless center hall that hasn't looked so good since we moved in 21 years ago! We are beyond pleased with the result!!!

Arnon came when he said he would, was on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up our apartment well. He paid close attention to detail and was a pleasure to work with. We had gotten another estimate and he was $500 cheaper.

Everything was great: scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, they kept everything clean and cleaned up after, and of course the actual polishing was perfect. I appreciated the attention to detail and Arnon's explanations of what they were doing in order to get everything shiny without sanding things down more than necessary.

Arnon and his team were prompt, clean and very efficient. The whole project took less than time than he originally estimated and he even came out to do the work first thing in the morning on Easter Sunday! The counters look like new.

Arnon was very easy to work with. Starting with communication before the appointment, setting up the date and time, to the time of arrival and estimated time of work completion - all went very smoothly and in a timely manner. Most importantly, the marble on the counters looks great! It super smooth and clean. I love it! I would hire Arnan's service agin without a doubt.

I was amazed at the results!  I never knew my floor could look this good again!  I had a wonderful experience with this company. It was my first time dealing with them, but the experience was smooth.

Everything was great.  Arrived on time, finished on time.  Could have cleaned up a little better, but not bad.  Pricey but did the right job.

It was an excellent experience hiring this company from start to finish.  Arnon responded to my calls with no delay and the work was scheduled just a week after.  Showed up on time, protected the floor area outside the work area, performed work in a timely manner (half a day), and cleaned up everything afterwards. I am 100% happy with the service!  The marble floor and counter in the master bathroom had developed many dull spots & etching over the years.  Arnon and his team was able to remove all of this and restore the marble back to a shiny, new finish. I couldn't believe it!  I will hire him again in the future.  Thanks Arnon!

Arnon got the job done as promised and floors look like new.  Answered calls, prompt service, delivered what was promised.  Will be calling him again in 6months for maintenance.

The best possible result for a long crack.   Filled with my choice of epoxy color and sanded smooth.   Professional, prompt, helpful.  Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.   I would use him again, and would turn to him for recommendations if I were considering replacing the stone in the future.

Arnon was very pleasant to speak to.  He was knowledgable and quickly understood what we wanted and what he needed to do. He came out to look at the counters as there was no damage, just various water stains/rings and other marks.  He provided a proposal and said he could return the next day to do the work.
When he showed up he spent a lot of time preparing the area so that it would not make a mess.  He completed the work and cleaned up.
The counters look brand new.  We are very happy with the work and would recommend his services.

Arnon did a great job re polishing and sealing my white Venatino marble coffee table.  He was punctual, professional and offered good advice on how to best maintain the glossy shine.  Looks like new.

We scheduled a meeting for an estimate on 10/22/2014.

Arnon was on time in Manhattan. Very pleasant discussion about the floor and shower; giving details about the characteristics and what I would expect from the cleaning.

We scheduled the job to be done the next morning.

Came promptly at 9:00AM; job completed about 2 hours later.

Results were exactly as described during the estimate and we are very pleased.

Will use his services again in the future.

I had a great experience with Arnon.  Every step of the way he was responsive, helpful and professional.  He arrived on time and got right to work.  He wasn't bothered by anything.  I did not have a nearby source of electricity, or running water.  Arnon was not concerned. He went out to his truck and came back with enough lengths of heavy duty extension cords to get the job done.  Because I live in a brownstone, there was no close source of water near the entryway.  No problem. Arnon personally carried buckets of water upstairs from a bath tub one level below.  His workers never took a break. Between the three of them, the job was finished in less than a day. The results are amazing.  The marble is all shiny and looks almost brand-new.  Arnon explained when he bid on the job that not everything could be cleaned absolutely like new because of the wear and staining such as rust that occurs over the years. Arnon re-puttied all cracks between the marble slabs and left everything looking clean and bright. He also gave me great advice on the mosaic tile floor in the entryway. Arnon exceeded my expectations.  The job was well worth it and I would recommend Arnon to anyone with old marble that needs to be prettied-up. My old marble looks beautiful!

I called on Wednesday and got an appointment for Thursday. Arnon arrived promptly at 4PM and was quickly able to repair my countertop. He even offered to help my plumber reinstall the faucet.

On the day when the work was to be done:
Kitchen Floor: Mr. Perelman informed me that there was nothing he could do
since what needed to be done was to scrape the floor with a blade since someone
seems to have put some kind of wax which made it dull. He informed me that he
could scrape the floor for an additional $200.00. The kitchen floor is
approximately 10x3 feet.  When I asked him that he should deduct what he
was going to charge me originally to do the kitchen floor, he said that he couldn't
because he had already sealed the floor. If he knew that the only thing that
needed to be done was to scrape the floor, why did he give me an estimate
taking into consideration the floor? I did not see him seal the floor. 
Bathrooms: He did not use the machine he told me he would use. Instead he had
two of his assistants use a rough sponge to clean the walls and floor. He asked
me for Windex since he had not brought any. If the only thing that he could do
was to use Windex and a sponge, I could have done that. And he should have
warned me.
The second bathroom floor was cleaned the same way. When I pointed out to him
that there were still marks on the floor he told me that it was part of the
stone. He was right... but, if he knew that there was little he could do
because of the surface of the stone, why didn't he tell me when he gave me the
estimate?
By the way, he also took a roll of paper towels from the kitchen without even
asking. 
He requested a $200.00 check for supplies before the day in which the work was
going to be performed. What supplies? I didn't see any supplies other than some grout.
The rest of the money for the work performed, more than $1,000.00 had to be
paid in cash. 
As you can see, I made some mistakes... He refused to give me a written
estimate, but, after checking Angie's list and seeing the great reviews he had received I
thought I could trust him. I was wrong.
 

We couldn't be happier with the work performed and the customer service.  From initial contact to completion of the work was less

than a week and a half.  Arnon returned our emails and texts within hours, scheduled  an appointment for an estimate within days

and completed the work the next day.  He was prompt, courteous and efficient.  The bathrooms look spectacular, better than expected.  If we could give him an A+, we would.  We will be scheduling our terra cotta floor to be done.
